What is your basic goal in life? What would you and your rival most likely be competing for? Survival is my basic goal in life. But me and my rival would most likely compete at stuff like grades and video games.
Would you taunt your rival openly? A little friendly taunting is healthy, I think. Nothing malicious though, and I'd stop even friendly taunting if my rival is uncomfortable with it.
Would you taunt your rival quietly or anonymously? Quietly.
Would you resort to dirty means to beat them? No. I am an honest person and would rather lose with honor than play dirty.
Let's say you lost to them. Would you be a good sport about it? Even if I feel like crap about it, I would still act like a good sport and congratulate them. Once I stop being emo, I'll work myself harder so I can beat them next time!
If you won, would you boast? Only in my head...
ABOUT YOUR RIVAL
Would you prefer them to be sneaky or obvious about competing with you?: Obvious. I hate sneaky people.
Do you want them to be good at whatever they're doing? Some like a challenge, after-all~: Good enough to be a challenge, but not so good that I don't have a hope of ever beating them.
How would you want them to act if they won? Maybe brag a little, but in a friendly way. A good sport, more or less. But I really don't care much unless they're a complete jackass.
How would you want them to act if they lost? Like a good sport. I can't stand whiners or drama queens.
Would you like him/her to be your friend after it was all said and done? It'd be nice to be friends after all is said and done, but if they're too conceited about it forget it.
If you found out they cheated, would you be upset? Would you alert others about it, or just suck it up? I'd be very upset, yes. I'd probably act passive-aggressively about it, unless I'm pissed enough to go blab to others about it.
This may not relate to your goal, but let's say... There's a wonderful prize for winning! Your rival has a very sick mother and needs the prize money to pay for the operation! ...Would you lose on purpose? No. It would be insulting to my enemy to lose on purpose, even if it is for a good cause. If I win, I'll give their mother the prize money.
