It's All About YOU
Name or Nickname: Shintarou Inuzuka, also known as Shinta. (I did not get the nickname from Naruto, as much as I like Naruto.)
Gender: Male. Don't let my mannerisms or my yaoi fandom fool you; I am male.
What do you LOVE?: Singing, acting, translating (Japanese/English), sports (I'm not very good, but I like 'em anyway), making crack videos with members of the anime club ... oh, and yaoi. I am the "King of Yaoi." Also, karaoke. If I could build a karaoke box in my apartment, I would. If I could build a voice acting studio in my apartment, I would as well. That way, after doing all those voices, I could belt out some anime songs for a few hours like I did when I lived in Japan. Oh, and music composition -- I like making rather ... avant-garde sort of music. I also like hanging out with friends, though I don't have a lot of offline friends (I have almost none), and I'm a bit shy when it comes to making new friends (and by "a bit" I mean "very"), especially since I get the feeling others think I'm weird, and I don't have a lot in common with those around me offline. Also, cosplay; I love to cosplay.
And what do you HATE?: My body weight and overall looks in general, especially after having spent 5 months being called everything from "pig" to "gravid teacher" everywhere I went. I also don't like when people are unnecessarily selfish and treat others as if others are below them. I also dislike when people don't know when to let me be, though I don't like telling them to their face. I also HATE conflict and try to avoid it whenever humanly possible, even though it often means people walk all over me.
Strengths: Ambition, perseverance, possibly typing speed and voice acting ability. I think (or at least hope) that I'm friendly and a kind type of person. Even though I often don't have the answers (though sometimes I do), I am at least there to lend an ear (and a hand, whenever possible) whenever someone needs someone to talk to or otherwise needs help. I do have some creativity in me (I think), and I like to think I'm at least somewhat funny. My Japanese language skill is okay; I can translate written word okay, but spoken word is difficult for me. Also, I think the readability of my typing (when I'm sober) is quite good, good enough to mask the relatively low level of actual content. I also always want to serve some good for others.
Weaknesses: I have few talents and a MASSIVE inferiority complex. I often consider practically everyone else as above me and as better than me in pretty much every way. The exception is those who set off my equally massive temper, in which case I sometimes get a bit brutal, though rarely actually violent. Cooking and sports are major weaknesses for me; I have zero skill in either one. I'm not very talented with drawing with the typical drawing materials, such as a pen and paper. I'm also not that very good looking, though I wish I was. I often come across as depressing, and I constantly find myself apologising for my actions, even things I have no real reason to apologise for. Also, I have a VERY low tolerance when it comes to alcohol; I get drunk extremely quickly, and I am unintelligible (and apparently extremely weird) when I am. (I also can't speak English well when drunk, reverting to Japanese for some reason.) I also often feel like I'm a burden on others, especially being so different from what others consider normal and because I'm often a drama queen, stressing out about rather unimportant things. I'm also scatterbrained, and I tend to sometimes say the wrong things at the wrong time.
Hobbies: Hobbies listed above, under what I LOVE. Also, watching anime and hosting game shows (as well as laughing at stupid answers contestants give, such as: "Name the month with the best weather." "Spring -- er, January."). I also like to write screenplays and stage plays that often turn into a bunch of in-jokes and dirty humour, thanks mainly to a magical girl who does a nude transformation sequence at the drop of a hat and a cyborg character so perverted he makes France look like a prude.
Favorite Color: Blue
What is your favorite food?: Pizza, tacos, okonomiyaki and bibimbap, among other things. I especially like spicy foods.
Favorite Country (without taking Hetalia into consideration): Japan. I've always had a fascination with Japan, and the times I lived there were easily among the best times of my life. Also, I like the US, Canada and Australia.
Mature or Childish?: I sorta walk the line; I try to be mature, but I often fail, but other times I can be the mature one. Unfortunately, I have a tendency to cause drama wherever I go. At the same time, though, I do have an appreciation for potty humour (such as the kind found on Family Guy) and sometimes have a tendency to not quite act my age.
Would you prefer to lead or follow?: I'm not much of a leader.
Let's Talk HETALIA
Favorite Character and WHY: USA; he has such a bright, lively personality. Also, France, because I always get a kick out of the super-perverted characters, and Japan and China, just for being so cute.
Is there a certain strip that really sticks out for you?:
Yes. That would be the one where America interrupts France trying to take advantage of England while he has a cold -- and then America trying to cure the cold by placing a hamburger on England's head, not even knowing what a cold is.Hamburgers or Tea OR MAPLE SYURP?: Hamburgers with green tea to drink with them.
Who dresses the best in the series? ♥: Japan and USA.
America/Alfred wants to watch a scary movie! Which one would you pick?: I'm not exactly an expert on scary movies, but I'd say probably one of the Saw movies.
How about a favorite ship/couple?: US/UK. They look so cute together! (I also like Italy/Germany, though I like US/UK the best.)
AND A LITTLE MORE~
Do you believe in spirits or ghosts?: Yes; those who passed on I believe are not gone for good.
You're at war! Do you take the enemy head-on with full force or lay back and take time to tactically move your forces?: I'd have someone who has more tactical skill plan it out and then go full-out, stopping at nothing.
You have to be transported to a deserted island! Oh no! You're allowed to take three items; what are these items?: My laptop, a generator and ... as Yui Horie said, a ship to take me back home.
Please describe how you look or share a picture if you have one:
You will most likely regret clicking on this. Any final words?: This survey needs moar mudkipz. Good luck! I admit, I am pretty "out there," so you may have a bit of trouble, so do your best! Also, shouldn't this be at the very end of the survey, like the very last question? These aren't quite "final" words when they're here ... Ganbatte ne ...
Would you be so kind as to link those surveys you voted on before posting this?: Sure. Those would be
here,
here and
here. There will probably be more where those came from.
Oh, can I see your vital regions?: Why would you want to see those ?!
