I'm going to say France, because aside from his pervertedness, he can be a very easygoing/carefree person who is passionate and caring. And he is all about romance ^^

I'm sort of tempted to say Greece-he's got that laid-back nature, and he has a philosophical side to him so you could have some interesting discussions, provided he doesn't sleep. But he's more lazy and introverted. I'm thinking Grandpa Rome (...is there even a stamp for this guy?). Extraverted, easygoing yet passionate, fun-loving yet intelligent and cultured. And he strikes me as certainly one who can give both love and lust. But I don't know, Spain is a good choice too. I might as well vote for the whole Mediterranean, but I think I'll stick with ancient Rome.

I say France. He's pretty easy going most of the time, but he can be serious when he needs to be. He's outgoing and friendly and seems like he'll be able to let you have a fun time.
