What is your basic goal in life? What would you and your rival most likely be competing for? My main goal right now is to get into the Graphic Design program at my college, so I guess we’d be competing in art. Augh, that has got to be the worst thing to compete in. xD Though, to be honest I'm addicted to competition, so we'd probably compete at a lot more than just art.
Would you taunt your rival openly? Nah, I’m more passive aggressive than that. I’d wait until I was far enough away and then start talking smack. :D
Would you taunt your rival quietly or anonymously? Quietly~, though not necessarily anonymously. It’d be kind of fun to do it with that risk of them finding out what I’ve been saying. xD
Would you resort to dirty means to beat them? Never! If I don’t beat them fairly, then it’s not a win at all, and then it’s back to square one about not knowing which one of us is better.
Let's say you lost to them. Would you be a good sport about it? Yeah… it would depend. If I thought they beat me fair and square (and that they had actually done better than me), then I would be a good sport. If I think that something smelled rotten, then I’d smile to their face, then rant on lj about how much I don’t like them and how they shouldn’t have won. …and give them dirty glares when they weren’t looking…
If you won, would you boast? No. xD Though I’d be grinning like an idiot.
ABOUT YOUR RIVAL
Would you prefer them to be sneaky or obvious about competing with you?: Obvious. I’m not sure why, other than the sneaky way would probably annoy me after a while.
Do you want them to be good at whatever they're doing? Some like a challenge, after-all~: I love a challenge. :D If they were easy to beat, they wouldn’t be a rival.
How would you want them to act if they won? They’d be proud of the win, but not rub it in everyone’s face or brag about it too much.
How would you want them to act if they lost? They’d be sad that they lost, but at the same time they would be able to accept it and not be a sore loser or whine.
Would you like him/her to be your friend after it was all said and done? :O That might be fun yeah~.
If you found out they cheated, would you be upset? Would you alert others about it, or just suck it up? I would be very ANGRY. Kat smash!! I probably would tell someone about it.
This may not relate to your goal, but let's say... There's a wonderful prize for winning! Your rival has a very sick mother and needs the prize money to pay for the operation! ...Would you lose on purpose? Nope. I’d feel bad for them, but I’m not going to throw a competition. I wouldn’t be able to live with myself if I knew I didn’t do my best.
