I might be a bit off the mark, but I think America fits. Your lists of strengths and weaknesses seemed to fit. You're friendly and open-minded but have a "knee-jerk reaction to authority", which made me think America immediately. Being sometimes mature but generally childish, bossy, and not knowing about other countries made me think America too. :)

I can see a little Estonia, but there is a little more America. In addition to what's already been said, even many of your likes and dislikes seem to fit him. (Particularly the love of Star Wars and video games while hating both being bossed around and not listened to.)
