I think Finland would be a good fit~

I've always gotten a really "nice guy" vibe from him, and he seems like he'd be really loyal and accepting. I don't think he'd mind anyone being too indecisive, and he'd definitely have the patience and desire to come to know you. Most of all, Finland is about the exact opposite of anyone with the traits you say you don't like in a friend; I think he'd stick by you and try to encourage you as much as possible~
