What do you LOVE?: Good design. Cute, sleek, durable gadgets that work amazingly well. Having money. Knowing stuff. Shiny things. Small luxuries. Fireworks. Art and art supplies. Books (lots of books).
And what do you HATE?: Incompetence, arbitrary human-determined standards (credit card people, I'm looking at YOU), hot weather, people who walk slowly in moving crowds, asshole drivers, patronizing-ness, operating systems that think they know better than you do (hello, Apple and Vista). Failing to think for yourself. People with no sense of adventure - why travel to NYC if you're just going to eat at the Olive Garden (for non-US people: it's a big pseudo-Italian chain restaurant) in Times Square? Also, bad design :P
Strengths: Analytical thinking, cooking and baking and making chocolate truffles, using grammar correctly, artistic and crafty work (I make jewelry and knit). I'm also really good at finding out where people can get whatever it is they're looking for.
Weaknesses: I'm kind of indecisive when it comes to big personal choices, and I constantly judge myself to be unworthy of things. I'm terribly afraid of being inconsiderate or insensitive of other people, and of being not good enough for the job. Recently I've become incapable of waking up before 10am >_<
Hobbies: Making desserts, making jewelry, photography, knitting, reading, fashion, videogames (although I'm kind of hilariously bad at them), and maybe I'll take up carpentry when I get a new apartment. Oh, and I'd like to take up piano again.
Favorite Color: Dark blues, dark grays, silver. A lot depends on the texture of the material.
What is your favorite food?: This question is unfair in that it implies I may only pick one :P
Favorite Country (without taking Hetalia into consideration): Canada probably. Whenever I visit, I'm all "you people have WHAT? And you can do WHAT? *___*" And omg, I ♥♥♥ Vancouver.
Mature or Childish?: Mature usually, but show me a baby rabbit and I'll turn into a puddle of squee.
Would you prefer to lead or follow?: Follow, I guess? Not blindly, though. If there's a leadership hierarchy I like to be second-in-command. but really, can't I just do my own thing?

Favorite Character and WHY: Canada, because he's such a quiet badass. And Prussia because he's such an outright badass.
Is there a certain strip that really sticks out for you?: The one where HRE says goodbye, but then that's the only one I can really recall offhand :P
Hamburgers or Tea OR MAPLE SYRUP?: MAPLE SYRUP FTW incidentally, I have a great recipe for maple syrup burgers
Who dresses the best in the series? ?: Prussia again - 18th-century military uniforms nom nom nom.
America/Alfred wants to watch a scary movie! Which one would you pick?: Idiocracy. That's scary, right?
How about a favorite ship/couple?: Hungary/Austria/(Prussia), but whoever wrote those Canada/Seychelles fics really makes a fantastic case for them.

Do you believe in spirits or ghosts?: It's nice to daydream about there being a spirit plane and stuff, but I'm too rational to really believe it.
You're at war! Do you take the enemy head-on with full force or lay back and take time to tactically move your forces?: Take the time to position them strategically with lots of attention to personal defense, then launch a full-on crushing offensive.
