Hetalia Day 2011: The World Council Needs You!

Attention all Hetalia Cosplayers and Fans!!!
The World Council wants you, yes you, to represent your favorite nation in our first ever As A Nation Panel! This is a new activity we're adding to our roster this year. All you have to do is send us a 3-5min audition video!
These are the mechanics and rules.
These are the spots we're looking for
Allies: America, UK, France, Russia, China
Axis: N.Italy, Japan, Germany, Prussia, S.Italy
(NOTE: Due to the very high chances that most participants would most likely audition for popular nations such as America/England, we highly suggest to try out other characters! For example, France.)
Judging Criteria:
Character Accuracy - Knowledge of Character, being IN CANON (We must stress)
Visual Accuracy - Accuracy of cosplay is a plus! How well you carry the overall look and feel of the character.
Originality - What do you have that makes you rightfully deserve the spot for the panel. (While remaining in character)
Deadline of Entries:
Deadline of entries is on October 14!!! Please upload your videos via youtube so that the judges will be able to see them. We will announce who gets the slots on October 16! The chosen participants wil sit down in our panel during Hetalia Day on October 22!

- Anyone is allowed to join.
- Shoot a video of yourself in cosplay and show us how well you know your charcacter!
- The video must be a minimum of 3 minutes to 5 minutes in length.
- You must be in cosplay, as much as possible portraying your character in canon outfit. You must be identifiable. (Or granted on the day of the event itself you will have a cosplay this will affect your criteria amongst the judges though)
- No indecent, vulgar, sexually explicit content in the video is allowed. Try to keep it uh well PG. (jokes are allowed though)
- Human props/other cosplayers are allowed. Please keep a minimum of 1-2 because what's important is we see your mastery of character.
- Joint auditions are not allowed. Each person should have their own video.
- You are only allowed to audition for one character.
- Please make sure that your videos are clear enough. We don't require you to have HD quality but please make sure we can understand what you say and see you.
