Maria was invited to a camping trip with her kuya’s. She thought it was going to be a perfect vacation. Or so it
seems....
"Hurry up Aru!" a very impatient China shouted as He was glaring at his brother
"Coming Aniki, You don't have to be so hasty about it!" Korea shouted as He ran quickly towards the entrance of their house carrying his backpack
"What took You so long?! Maria must be waiting at the bus stop by now!" Yao shouted at His brother as they walked the path to town
"Oh come on Aniki! You know how our sister is! She'll probably have to re-pack her bag!" Kankoku exclaimed as He wrapped his right arm around His brothers shoulders, "Besides Aniki, Don't you wanna spend more time with me by walking together slowly?" He said in a hopeful tone as He poked his brothers cheek
Yao glared at him intensely from the side, and a little blush appeared from his cheeks.My Brother can't get anymore annoying aru...
"Aru...We don't have time for this, we need to get to the bus stop and meet with our sister." Yao spat at His brother
Kankoku pouted and regretably agreed with him, he released his right arm from Yaos shoulder, and held the straps of his bag. They both walked the path until they reached town, where there are plenty of people.

It was the Sunday market and everybody was busy selling, or buying, maybe even get a few discounts. Yao hated that He missed this Sundays market, but He can't blame anyone with it. It was probably for the best that He Missed this one, Since they're having their first vacation with their sister.

Yao and Kankoku arrived at the bus stop on time, but there was no sign of Maria.
"I told you Aniki! We should've taken our time to walk!" Kankoku pouted at him
Yao just sighed, took out his phone, dialled Marias number and tried to contact her. Sure enough She answered it.
"Hello?"
"Maria! Where are you!?" Yao angrily asked his younger sister
"Kuya. I am inside a shop just across the bus stop." Maria said as she giggled
"W-WHAT!!?!?" Yao almost immediately jumped from Her response. And as she said Both of them saw Her waving her hands at them.She put down her phone and walked to them. Yao's embarrasment was visible from where she walked.
“Maria! Care to expla-“ Yao stopped and stared at their sister, She was wearing a white tube dress just above her knee, with a black ribbon going around her waist, her hair was tied into a complicated braid tied around by a white floral ribbon, she had no difficulty walking due to she was only wearing white flats. He never saw her sister wearing anything like this before.
"Keep Your mouth closed kuya, a fly might go in." Maria exclaimed as she closed her brothers mouth. "Hi Aniki, It's been a while~!" She said as she Hugged the older nation. "It has, hasn't it? Where's Antonio by the way, He doesn't seem to be with you lately." Kankoku said as He Hugged her back
"Papa is going to be with Alfred and the others, exclaiming that He doesn't want me to join His group and it'd be better for me to be with you guys." Maria said as she released her brother from the hug." Haha, same ol' tonio huh? And might this be why you can wear something daring like that?" Both of them laughed and she nodded. Both talked about some stuff before the bus arrives to pick them up.
Yao finally snapped back to his senses, when the bus arrived. Maria came in first as Yao helped Her with the luggage She was carrying, Kankoku came last as soon as he finished putting the other luggage in the bus' trunk. Three of them sat at the back not wanting one to be separated from the group.

The Bus finally stopped infront of a large gate. Inside, It was England's House
"Ahhh~! Here at last!" Yao said as he stretched out his arms
Maria looked puzzled and remembered her Papa saying it's going to be a camping trip. Kankoku nudged her, sensing her confusion and pointed to a nearby forest, just a walk away from the main road leading to the city. She quickly understood and nodded at Him. Three of them picked up their stuff and went inside Englands gates.
As they stopped at the large door in front of them a familiar voice called out.
"Mi niña preciosa!!!"
They looked at the right and saw the green-eyed Spaniard looking out of one of the windows waving at them franatically

"Mi papá niña le ha faltado para!!!"
He exclaimed as He continued hugging her in delight
"How are you Mi Hija? Was the trip long? Did you catch a cold? Did you miss papa?And what are you wearing Maria???" The Spaniard quickly asked her
She pushed Antonio a little bit so she can breathe from his power hug. "Papa, Papa, i'm fine, i had kuya China, and kuya Korea with me, so i didn't get hurt." She rest assured her father. who looked at her brothers. "Muchas Gracias, you two. You have looked after your sister well in this trip." Both Yao and Kankoku bowed to the overprotective nation. “But mija, you still haven’t answered my question as to why you’re wearing something like that.”
Maria giggled “Papa, i don’t wear dresses like these often, can’t you give it a chance?” She asked her father with those pleading eyes of hers, as predicted, Antonio gave in with a sigh.
"Come in you three. The others are still eating but we'll immediately leave after they have finished.” With a quick nod they all went inside with their luggage
The three were quite surprised due to the place, obviously Arthur redecorated everything, There was now a chandelier hanging from when you enter, and the normal red carpet that was greeting them was now a red and gold lined carpet, there were now antiques displayed just left from the staircase, which leads to the hallway for guest rooms, and on the right was as usual Arthurs study room.
"You are surprised no? Inglaterra also surprised me when i entered his home." Antonio remarked
"Amazing indeed aru..." Yao exclaimed in amazement
Kankoku and Maria couldn't even utter a single word for their amazement, since they don't visit Arthurs House often, and because of that the slightest change that He makes to it re an astonishing sight to the two. The three put down their bags and was led by Antonio to the lounge, where there were also luggages at one isde. They figured that those belonged to the others.
Maria sat down with Her papa while the two sat opposite to them.
“So papa who else are included in this trip?” Maria curiously asked Antonio, curious at the large amount of luggage set at the one side of the lounge.
Antonio leaned his back on the chair before answering. “Well there is, Inglaterra, America, Francis....”
“Matt’s Not coming?” Maria asked
“Que? Matt...Ah...Canda? America said he went vacationing with cuba.” Antonio answered her in a thought and he also remembered something.
“Ah, i forgot, Ivan,Russia is also here for the trip.” Yao grimaced when those words came out Antonios mouth
“Aru...And i thought this trip is going to be peaceful...” He said as he slumped in his seat. Kankoku put his arm around yao. “Don’t worry Aniki, i will protect you~” Maria blinked before asking “I-van? Papa who is that?”
Antonio remembered they haven’t met yet “Ah...There he is mija.” He said as he pointed to the hallway from the right. She could see a tall, blonde man, wearing a scarf and a long coat, talking to Francis as they head for the lounge. He was handsome, that thought which entered Marias mind as soon as she saw him.
“Hello zer !” France said as He saw the group from the lounge, “It ‘as been a while since i saw you Yao, how ‘ave thing been?” He exclaimed as he shook hand with the startled nation
“Things have been fine aru, And i believe you have met my brother, Kankoku, Korea, and my sister, Maria, Philippines.” Yao said as the two stood up and went to great the french man, “Bonjour! Homme et la femme!!! Nice to see you two!” He said as he shook Koreas hand and took Marias to kiss hers at the knuckles.
“Ah, Maria! Have you met my friend Ivan?” France said as she led the girl to her friend just at his side.
“H-Hello, I Am Maria Isbel Corazon. The Philippines.”She said as she held out her hand for him to shake.
“Очень приятно.Nice to meet you Maria. I am Ivan Braginsky, Russia” He smiled as he shook her hand. Maria Could feel her cheeks warm up. Even though she didn’t know why.She just ignored it and answered “Likewise.”

After everyone fianlly finished eating they all prepared for the camping trip, Arthur can be heard giving out orders, and taking inventory on stuff. Maria was talking with her brothers while they were waiting for the others, Then alfred came to them.
“HEEEY~! Maria~! Long time no see!” He greeted with his usual smile. “You too, you old dingaling!” He said as he grabbed China by his arm and nugded him on the head. “AIYAH!!! ARU! KNOCK IT OFF!” Yao shouted while trying to free himself from americas grasp, with a little help from Kankoku and Maria he was set free.
“So how has it been?” Alfred happily asked them. “Well, things have been going very well, nothing bad has happened i guess.” Kankoku answered “How ‘bout you?” America smirked “Hahahahaha! You must be forgetting! I Am the Hero! Nothing bad happens to the hero!!!” He procalimed as he did his hero pose
“But i’m more worried about Maria here! I REALLY MISSED YOU~!” and as he said that he hugged maria tightly.
“A-Ah! Kuya! I can’t breathe!!! H-help!!!” She shouted as she grasped for air. “A-Ah! Aru! Let our Sister go!” Yao said as he and kankoku tried to Pull their sister out of alfreds tight hug
“Эй.” They Heard a voice from behind . They turned their heads and saw it was Ivan.
“Let her go already,da?” The russian said as he smiled scarily
“S-Sure, whatever you say Ivan...” Alfred said as He loosened his grip on the gasping filipina. “We’ll be there helping Arthur then aru!” As Yao said this they went to where the bossy nation to help him.
“T-Thank You, Ivan.” Maria said as she gasped for air, Ivan helped her up.
“No problem. Is he always like that with you?” The russian man asked her. “Yeah... He and Papa. They are always like th-“ She stopped when she looked up and saw His eyes, it was a beautiful violet. It was like a vortex that instantly sucked her in. “Hm? Something the matter Maria?” Ivan asked as he too was looking into her hazel eyes. For a moment there. It was like they were in another world. Then finally Maria snapped back to her senses.
“Uhm! A-ah! N-No nothing is wrong!”You have such beautiful eyes.I was just lost in them. She looked down to avert her gaze, but she could feel her face heating up.
Ivan has also snapped back to his senses, he had a little tint of pink on his cheeks now. But he hid it in his scarf.
“OI! What do you think you’re doing to my Mija?!” Both of them looked and saw the Angry Nation stomping their way
“Papa! He was doing nothing! He just helped me up!” Maria said as she halted her father
“Well, While you two were chatting we’re almost all set to leave.” Antonio said as she pointed to the others already at the gate
“Let’s go then! “maria exclaimed Excitedly as she pulled her fathers arm “Let’s go Ivan!”
“Ah. D-Da...I’m Coming!” The Russian man answered as she stared at the girl pulling her father, He picked up his stuff from where he left it. And started to catch up with them.

Late Afternoon
The group has walked quite the distance from Arthurs house, and sure enough they knew they were very far away. Soon an ominous cloud was hovering up the group as they were walking in the forest.
“Those are some angry clouds up there...” Arthur exclaimed as he looked up
“Indeed zey are...Don’t you think we should seek shelter?” Francis said as he stopped
“Estoy de acuerdo, Francis is right, we can’t camp in this condition. We must find suitable shelter.” Antonio said
“I believe that there is an old shack just a short walk to the right.” Arthur said as he pointed to the right
“You mean left.” Alfred butted in
“No, you nuzzle brained baboon, I meant right.” Arthur spat at him
“But from where I am that’s my left.” Alfred said
“But from where I am this is my right!” Arthur said as he began to get angry
The two of them bickered until.
“GROOOWWWLLL…”
“Oh great you’re hungry already!” England crossed his arms oat his chest
“But…That wasn’t me…” Alfred looked at him
“Then if it wasn’t you… And it wasn’t anyone in this group, then its-“ Kankoku said as They all looked behind
As soon as they did they saw a group of Wild Boars, looking at them angrily.
“WILD BOAR ATTACK RUUUUUN!” Maria shrieked
They all ran as the boars chased them. Maria was the most panicked one and lost track of where she was running. But soon she stopped, noticing that nothing was chasing her anymore. But she also noticed that the group was also no where in sight.
“W-Where is everybody…?” She said as she looked around
“Oh no…I must’ve got separated from them when we got chased by those boars…” She bit her lip as she looked up. Suddenly a drop of rain dropped on her, and then another, until the rain completely fell down. She ran to see if she can find some shelter for the mean time.

The Rain fell harder, and it was harder to see where she was going.
“I can’t see anything in this rain.” Maria said as she Used her hand to at least shield her eyes from the rain. She had to walk carefully to avoid slipping, because the ground was getting softer due to the rainfall. Then she remembered she had a phone, she quickly dialed her brothers number, but a loud thunder surprised her and she dropped the phone. She ran to pick it up and forgot about the soft land, She slipped and then she found herself sliding down a steep muddy fall.
“AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!” She screamed loudly, hoping she could be heard, But the loud booming of the thunder beat her voice. And before she knew it, her heart racing trip came to a halt, as she reached the bottom. Her white dress was now dirty due to the mud. She looked up and saw that it was indeed a high climb back. And it would be impossible to climb up unless it eventually hardens again, or at least dries into walkable land.
She let out a deep sigh, and let the rain wash off the mud, as she just sat there and looked hopeless.
“I can’t believe all this is happening to me…” She put her hands to her face as she cried
“And to think, I thought that this was going to be a perfect vacation…” She continued to cry
Suddenly she heard something from the place she fell down. She listened carefully, it was a persons voice!
“AAAAAHHHHHH!!!!” And Maria was tackled down the mud.
“Oh dear, Are you okay?” The person asked
Maria sputtered and wiped some mud of her face “What do you thi- IVAN?!”
Ivan also looked surprised “M-Maria?” He said to the girl below him
Maria then realized that she was below the Russian man, and he was above her, She felt her face heat up again, even in the cold rain. Ivan stared at her, and his face also grew hot, as a pink tint appeared on his cheeks again. Realizing their position, and Maria lying down the mud He suddenly sat up.
“A-Ah! им жаль!I’m so sorry!” He exclaimed as she helped Maria up. The girl was still in a daze. But immediately went back to her senses.
“It’s alright Ivan, it was an accident after all.” Maria said as another thunder sounded. “Eeeek!” Maria screamed, she was afraid of the thunder. Which the Russian found quite adorable
“We Must find shelter from the rain.” Ivan said to his companion.Maria immediately nodded still covering her ears.
Both of them stepped out of the muddy pit and walked deeper to at least find shelter.
The walk was a silent one. One could barely utter a single word. Maybe it was due to the fact they’ve just met. Maria thought to herself. She looked up her companion, man was he tall! Then she looked forward again, fearing her neck could strain due to looking at him.
Then they saw something at the distance, It was a run down cottage, It was their best chance to get out of the storm so they walked to it.

They went in and shut the door behind them. Both put their bag on one side and searched the area for any lighting.
“Ah! I found one!” Maria said as she lighted the oil lamp, the whole room was lighted. It was small, she thought.
There was a small bed on the right and a table in the middle. There were no windows only the door they went in from. There was also a small restroom on the left, and that was that. Ivan sat on one corner of the small cottage and wrapped himself around his scarf.
“I guess we’re stuck here until the storm stops...” Ivan said as he sighed
“Yeah...I wonder how the others are...” Maria added as she leaned on the wall.
Suddenly Maria sneezed. “Atchoo! *Sniff* I think i need to dry off first...” she motioned to the small restroom, and ivan nodded.
She saw a towel there and she used it to dry herself. But in the midst of drying herself she realized that she forgot her things in the other room. She quickly covered herself with the towel and headed for the next room. But stopped remembering Ivan was there. So she took a small peek and found the large man sleeping in the corner. She silently tiptoed to her things, and took out a white shirt and black leggings, and tiptoed back to the restroom.
She quickly Put on her clothes and tied her hair up in a ponytail. She hung her wet clothes and then put her sandals back on.
She went back in the room and stared at her companion, he looked like he was panting. She didn’t notice it before because she was in a hurry to dress. She went near Ivan and put her hand on his forehead. He wasn’t sleeping, He had a high fever. She immediately put his arm on her shoulder and tried her best to guide the Russian man to the only bed in the room. And laid him there.
*pant* *pant*
Ivans eyes were closed, and he was breathing heavily. Maria took of his scarf and hung it on the beds railing, she then removed his gloves and shoes. She had double thoughts about opening his long coat, but she had to put that thought aside and removed his long coat.
She took her bag and opened her Medicine kit. And took out a bottle of pills. She took one out and carefully put one on Ivans mouth, as she helped him swallow. She stood up and Went to the restroom, soaking the towel in a small basin, and bought it back to the room. She sat down on the bedside and, carefully took out the towel dried it a bit and put it on Ivans forehead.
The Russian, slowly opened his eyes, “M-Maria...?” He whispered.
“Ivan, you’re sick don’t talk too much...” Maria said as she gently stroked his hair. This relaxed him. Never had he felt such softness, and relief. She was looking at him with scincerity in her eyes, and concern in her actions.
“Maria...” Ivan said in a soft voice
“Hm?” Maria looked at him
“Thank you...” He said to the smiling girl
Even though they’ve just recently met, Ivan felt something inside him. And in his thoughts was Marias smiling face.
He wanted to get closer to her.
He wanted to know her...
"It's amazing how You can speak right to my heart...

A/N:
This idea came randomly. I know it’s kind of suckish, since i used Many characters xD Originaly it should’ve been only about 4 or 5 characters,
but then i thought, meh, why not challenge myself. So here it is, A Russia x Philippines Fic. -SHOT- i don’t see much of this paring so i thought i try to make one. This is just part one though, ahahahaha, Ha. I’ll be doing the other part as soon as i finish the requests. I went overboard with Tonios Spanish though -Slaps self- forgive me for that, Well i hope you enjoyed this part. Sit back,relax and wait for more from me.
