Um... Since this is my first time posting here, tell me if I'm doing anything wrong.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure we all heard of the 8.9 earthquake and tsunami in Japan. I have friends and relatives in Yokosuka (which is a few hours away from Tokyo) who went through it. Apparently, they had to stay in a shelter on top of a hill/mountain for eight hours. (EIGHT... Hours... At least it wasn't nine. Cookie for reference?) The 7.2 aftershock didn't help either.
(They're okay now, but scared out of their minds.)
EDIT: If anyone finds this offensive, I'll take it down immediately.
