What kind of governing brings you happiness?

I drew it after listening to Miku Hatsune's Boss Death and reading about Philippines-American War. Heck, the way insurgent Filipinos treated American prisoners was really... uh, out of the world. In a "fiendesh" manner, if you ask me. o_o Don't read if you don't want graphic images, hahaha. xD

I should try to put in more effort into the Piri fanarts I draw. ;A;

This is not for the June 12th thing (which I'll be working on other pieces) so this piece is sort of a remembrance of Philippines-American war, in RPG style, inspired by Boss Death. This song really fits Emo! America, as said by Aoi.  But listening to it more closely, it does sound like a bit about Philippines-American war.
