There are three fills that don't seem to be listed on the Japan index that are also worth reading:
Korea gropes Greece's breasts to make Japan jealous (http://hetalia-kink.livejournal.com/16221.html?thread=45090909#t45090909): Korea is the main character here, but there's plenty of Greece/Japan goodness and fluff to enjoy (and rest assured, Greece/Japan IS the end pairing; Korea's goal is to make Japan jealous enough to fess up about his feelings for Greece. Well, and to get Japan to let him grope his own breasts too, but that's just Korea being Korea).
Really, that's not even all the Greece/Japan fills that are worth reading (there are many great ones by measuringlife that I didn't include here; you can check out her journal for them); I just cut it off here to prevent this list from getting too unwieldly.

Hanami aka cherry blossom viewing (http://hetalia-kink.livejournal.com/18439.html?thread=62070023#t62070023): Has the perfect blend of sweetness, cuteness, and exploration of Japanese culture you've probably come to expect for Giripan. :3
Japan has axillism aka armpit fetish (http://hetalia-kink.livejournal.com/19013.html?thread=66615365#t66615365): This one hovers somewhere between fluff and smut; it's not as explicit as you may hope for, but it's still a decent fill.
Really, that's not even all the Greece/Japan fills that are worth reading (there are many great ones by measuringlife that I didn't include here; you can check out her journal for them); I just cut it off here to prevent this list from getting too unwieldly.
