So, I was the OP of the "barefoot in the kitchen and pregnant" request. It was filled, but I was asked by another anon if I minded a second fill. Now, I can't reply to that because Part 6 is maxed out, but my answer to that:

Of course not!! Fill away lovely anons, with as many fills as you would like. And this goes for any request I've ever made. I would assume (with the risk of making an ass out of myself) that no OP in his or her right mind would object to multiple fills.

Not that there aren't other great requests out there, but I can't imagine multiple fills ever being a bad thing. Anyone else?

OP's aren't able to reply to such questions on maxed parts, but my advice to any potential author anons is that if you see a request you like and are inspired by, go ahead with the fill, even if you can't get that stamp of approval. In most cases, I feel the OP would rather have any fill than none at all. If not, they can always rephrase the request to clarify the details at a later point. I think that, in the end, it's always better to have more fills.
