And Germany, who owns like 3 dogs himself, finds Feliciano A LOT cuter now that he's got this new pet, and thinks that his experience with his dogs will allow him to bond with this one.
Welllllll it doesn't. Here's the problem: Now that he has a new appreciation for Feliciano, Ludwig has to compete with the new dog for Italy's attention.
