Original Request: Enemy forces (it doesn't matter who) has captured England, who is then brutally raped, tortured, etc. After hearing about the capture, a rescue team was formed (America is a given, but France also would preferred). The problem is that they weren't aware of just how far the damage was. They had came too late and had found England is completely broken. Of course, although it seems hopeless, America won't give up, he makes it his job to help England. Slowly but surely, England recovers.
