Original Request: I'd love to see a fic where Germany and Prussia are secretly female but have both always done their best to hide it...until Prussia is no longer a nation. Once she realizes that she doesn't have to pretend to be male for the sake of government anymore - and besides, women are more equal by then anyway, as I was thinking post Fall of the Berlin Wall - she decides to embrace her femininity in a big way.
Germany, who's used to being "male" and has never cared much for being feminine anyway, is horrified. Prussia finds it both funny and a little pathetic now that she's free, and she decides to take it upon herself to turn Germany into a real girl. Or at least make her uncomfortable with the way she tries to teach her to use her feminine wiles (e.g. "Why would you want to hide that rack?!"), because that's always fun. I'd just like to see some awkward and funny girl bonding, but I don't mind if you want to take it the Germancest route. If you want to use human names, I like Maria for Prussia and Luise for Germany, unless you've already got something else in mind.
Bonus: What makes Prussia decide to feminize Germany in the first place is being convinced that Germany is in love with another nation and needs to be hotter to get his/her attention. Veneziana's always a good choice, but anything goes~
