Title: A Thousand Ways to Say ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)
Author:

Type: Fic.
Status: Complete.
Characters, Pairings: America/England, Japan.
Rating: 2 Stars.

Original Request: So I was reading a fill (USxUK, Change the World), when the author!anon says in her notes for chapter 5: It's sort of my head canon that America can speak just about every language in the world, but only in his own country with his own people. He just thinks he's speaking local dialects, ha ha.

Because this is now my headcanon as well, I'd like to see scenarios where America slips into his "local dialects" in front of other nations. Cue strange looks. America is still oblivious. :D

If the author!anon from above doesn't mind, I'd LOVE a sequel to the fic above, in which England sets out to prove America's multilinguistic abilities by following him around in secret, trying to catch it on film. Whether England succeeds or not is up to anon.

Notes: Sequel of Change the World, by the same author. The entire fic is not posted on the de-anoned version.

Summary: England's got a bit of a language kink. Now, if only America weren't so oblivious about his multilingualism.
