Well, what I would like to see is somebody (preferably not Belarus) actually say yes to his offer, and Ivan having no clue what to do after that. Any pairing the author chooses is fine. Though anon is partial to Russ/Can~ Anon is mainly looking for crack and fluff, with bonus points for cute, clueless Ivan.
Summary: Prussia has been very bored at meetings; Russia's behavior gives him an opportunity to make things more interesting.
