Request is for mpreg America only, in this case, the baby doesn't make it. ;_; The rest is up to anon - who's the father, if America is comforted, how it ends, etc, etc. Anon likes a variety of pairings so long as America is the bottom! (Though, he has to be to be the mama anyways, right?)
