Original Request: Russia raped Prussia during ww2 and made him/her(*1) gave a birth of 2 children, GDR and Kaliningrad. Then, Prussia just died as we all know. Though Russia actually had 2 children, he had never realize Kaliningrad's existence unless the end of cold war. Kaliningrad saw this is an opportunity to get an attention from his/her(*2) father. Unfortunately 1990s Russia didn't trust him/her and condemn his child for trying to stab his back, so their first encounter ended up with heavy domestic violence.
After he got back on his sense, he really did sorry for doing that to his loyal child and try to do care and reconcile with Kaliningrad. I thought of this after I had read some article about Kaliningrad Oblast was neglected by Russia and became a heap of criminal and pollution, there just got mainland's attention and some economical privilege eventually recently. so...
Bonus : If Russia did really love Prussia.
