Original Request: Several countries go for a business dinner in a high end restaurant. Two countries that spend the entire meal just about ready to start throwing utensils at each other both go to the bathroom at the same time-- and don't come back.
Because work can't continue without both of them the other countries eventually send someone to find them-- that country doesn't come back either. So on and so forth.
The last country finds an orgy in the bathroom.
