Original Request: OK, so Britannia Angel tries to turn America back into the super adorable baby he was, only to have the magic backfire and turn England in to his baby self.
Poor thing should not remember being older, but when he finds himself surrounded by a bunch of grown up nations ( a G-20 summit?), some of whom used to bully him as children, little! England should be quite scared and upset. Cue America, who is late to the meeting or something. America never saw England as a baby, and so doesn't recognize him. America's first reaction is basically "...HOW ADORABLE! I'm taking care of this baby! No one else is allowed to have him." Baby!England takes an immediate liking to America.
At some point it should be revealed that America liked the baby because he reminded America of England.
England gets back to normal after a some time ( author's choice how long) and finds out from the other nations how well America took care of him. This can end in romance or it can be Gen, I just want their relationship to improve after.
Summary: England accidentally changes himself into a kid and America forces convinces the others to let him take care of the kid.
