Well, in English anyways, Scandinavia can extend as a synonym to Nordic countries. You are right though that the Nordic countries refer to all 5 countries + their territories. I used Scandinavia for the bottom text since Iceland can be omitted out of it, although I'm not sure if people actually ignore Iceland sometimes if they use Nordic countries instead of Scandinavia. Then again, you can also ignore Finland when you refer to Scandinavia so yeah. >_>

I'll change it in a tiny bit.

If there was a figth between Sweden and Denmark we would totally support Sweden! :3 (Is Norwegian)

I live in sweden and when talking about the Nordics, Iceland is rarely mentioned but for some reason when the flags are put together Iceland is always there :/

Wow - it's very different from previous LJ version!! D: I'd like to ask if it's just other interpretation of translation or Himaruya changed dialogs himself?

Random comments about Tannenberg story:
- it's funny that Poland's king here is the same guy as Lithuania's boss from strip about their first meeting in 3rd book :)
- I wish that Polish-Swedish wars looked like this - in real history Sweden devasted half of Commowealth to the ground and after some time was kicked out from there - Polish historians often say that this war was even worse for this country than WWII D:
- is it possible to kill whole nation like that? It would be pretty strange XD;

Also it's one of my favourite strips with Finland, I like when he shows some badass part of his character <3

Besides using Sve instead of Su-san for Fin's nickname for Sweden, I changed one line completely.

It was the one where Poland said "...Got ya." He said "...So late" in the Japanese text.

Otherwise, Himaruya didn't really add any changes except for some minor art changes and I translated as normal.

Oo, thanks for those comments. :D I always did wonder about this strip. >_>;; I was all "wait... Sweden totally did fight Poland, it's in our history books, come on!" I didn't know it was that bad, though...

But Finland's eagerness for battle might just be accurate here, what with the hakkapeliitat during that time and all. xD This strip is definitely one of my favourite Finland strips too.
