Hello, second time posting here. *3* I hope I do the suff right way. And I has some fanarts.

I dunno. XD; I just wanted to draw Korea, I think he's awesome<3 Can't understand why those koreans don't like him. >: And I'm not sure about the colors, but I'm pretty sure his pants are too dark. The light purple copic wasn't as light as I thought. OTL And why the stars? Lol I don't know.

And the question now. I don't know if this has been asked/answered yet, so sorry if I've missed it or something. BUT. I've been wondering about this Russia's kol kol-thing. Is it just something random laugh/whatever or does it have a deeper meaning? 8D
