[Cosplay] Otafest 2009
At the local anime convention today, Otafest, we had a great Cosplay photoshoot. This was my first time doing a proper cosplay for a con and my first time doing a photoshoot, it was a ton of fun and I'd love to share the photos with you.
A Couple things to note though...my brother who is not the best camera person was the one behind the camera for 90% of these shots...and we used a crappy video camera's photo funtion because I BROKE my other camera by dropping it on the cement. Wee.
Well, hope you enjoy all the wonderfully crappy pictures I took...
First off some single shots of my costurme...
I was Canada...I don't know why I look so depressed here. Meeh.
He's me at lunch... if you look closely I'm infront of a Tim Hortans XD; Ugh...I just realized I look almsot drunk in this picture. Ew.
We all got together at the chicken statue that I STILL don't think looks like a chicken, and headed off to a small globe. We were a little depressed to find we didn't actually have a Italy, Germany or a France. ^^;
Both of the Hungaries beat everybody else up for Austria.
It's almost impossible to see, but we're all eating Gramcracker marshmellow sandwiches.
Russia decided to look up Fem!Canada's Skirt.
and Alfred wanted in on the action too!

This was simply suppose to be "Russia Looming over Fem!Canada" which lead into what looks like almost a rape scene XD; At that final picture our photoshop cooridinator yelled "OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH!" XD;
We then tried it with another Russia and Canada.
"How am I suppose to LOOM when she's TALLER than me?!"
We setteled for this XD

I saw a couple of signs with APH characters on it, this one, one with France on it and one with America and Canada on it, with America crossed out. I didn't get pictures of them though because my battery had died at this point.
So anyways, Thanks for looking all through that. If ANYBODY was at Otafest and has better pictures of the photoshot then PLEASE send me some. Or at least point me to where they may be posted. I would love to see some other people's shots.
