Love your drapery, love the flow of the hair, love the roses and fabric of the dress. Especially on her puffy sleeves, the light/shadow is very classical. Excellent color choices ^^. Genius gradients.

The only thing I would say is the shadow on her chin is a bit distracting, hey, beauty of colored pencils, if you want you can experiment it a bit.

You're very skilled with coloured pencils - I like the shades you've used to contrast between her skin, the dress and the rose bushes. That's a lovely satin effect on the flower she's holding, there.

You've made her seem innocent and not so creepy - well done! Stunning picture.

I have a small collection of their stuff on my iTunes. I have the classic intros from Rozen Maiden, the intro to NOIR, I believe Seishoujo is the ending to Code Geass (have it too), Then I have several other ones that I can't remember the names of XD
