Arthur exited the cemetery and continued down the forest path that quickly turned wider and into a more proper road. He passed a few smaller paths. One leading towards the lake and the other leading towards a farm, if one should believe an old sign pointing in that direction. The forest was dead silent and in exception from an old car Arthur encountered nothing of interest until he made it to a small entrance sigh that red “Welcome to Silent Hill.” The fog was still lying heavy over the entire town and as Arthur passed the entrance and entered the street he found it surprisingly empty. The street was familiar. Nathan Avenue was it? Arthur pondered as he tried to remember the name. Nathan Avenue was a rather large street, and he only needed to follow it until he reached the park by the lake. He hurried his steps. Maybe the street was empty but it wasn’t such a strange coincidence, in the letter Alfred had said that he’d be waiting at their special place. He must have meant the park where they used to play so often. But we grew up here together. In theory this entire town should be our special place since we’ve made all of our memories here. He continued to walk down Nathan Avenue until he came to the intersection to Lindsey Street. He stopped and stared. Blood. There was a big pile of clattered blood on the ground, and the traces showed that this bleeding person, whoever it was, had been staggering away from this place. What have happened here? Arthur felt a sudden feeling of anxiousness rise in his gut, and he didn’t like it. He followed the traces of blood that led him down the street. The traces continued down the street but Arthur abruptly stopped when he heard a sound. It was the sound of white noise. It was the same sound that would come from the TV when he’d wake up in the middle of the night realizing he’d fallen asleep in front of it while doing late night paper work at home. He approached the sound carefully and picked up what looked like a portable radio. He shook it and gave it a suspicious look. What’s wrong with this thing? The sound grew louder and he heard a screeching sound coming from behind him. When he turned around all he saw was an empty wheelchair coming towards him through the fog, but as the wheelchair approached, the white noise on the radio grew stronger. It was moving slowly towards him and stopped a few meters in front of him. Arthur looked the empty wheelchair up and down ignoring the radio that now screamed like mad. When his eyes caught the ground he a pair of familiar legs dangle in the corner of his eyes. A pair of brown shoes and white stockings; and it made him remember something oddly out of place. I always asked Alfred why he insisted on watching horror movies late at night when he was constantly scared of ghosts and monsters. Then he looked up and the wheelchair stood empty like before. I must have been seeing things. Then he heard another sound, it sounded like a far away siren, a loud warning sound that you shout out over the town in preparation for war, he remembered that sound. He’d heard it the same day that his family decided to move away from here, he thought it was just a rehearsal to see if the only thing still worked. And then, the darkness sank in as a black cover over the town.

Honestly, Anon, you are amazing.
I'm usually just like Alfred when it comes to horror, so when I read this, my stomach twisted and I had to stop and look at something not so scary to calm myself before I continued reading! And I, rofl, give you kudos for managing to scare me like that. ;____;
But fjkgjkdfl. J-Just. GOD. I can't wait for Part 5 now! Things are unfolding and getting creepier, but, that's how this story is, and fgjkdjgld just. Anon I LOVE YOU.
