Conqueror of Worlds, prt 5: then Japan [1/2]

Germany was found, three days later, carrying an unconscious Japan who was as white as a sheet and shaking like a leaf. He was rushed to a doctors and immediately looked into while Germany was put under scrutiny by all the other nations. The first question on everyone's tongue was why he was wearing an old Nazi uniform. He answered as best he could but honestly he barely remember the last few days. His last memories were when he was in his house doing paper work.
They realized that likely, Germany had come down with the fever and after hearing the extent of Japan's injuries realized Germany had attacked had been him. They also realized that the fever could easily be spread from nation to nation under close contact and so everyone who had it was quarantined until further notice.
England was in the hospital with a bouquet of flowers for Japan and was about to hand it off to a nurse to give to the other when a scream was heard from his room. Quickly he ran to Japan's room where the man had a nurse with a needle pressed against her throat. He was shouting in Japanese at the doctors, who trying to get him to calm down. England instantly knew Japan had the sickness. "Japan! It's me England...you remember me...? You must relax and let the woman go."
Onyx eyes snapped to his emerald green ones and swiftly the woman was let go but just as soon Arthur found himself with the same needle pressed against his throat. Again the raven haired man started shouting in Japanese, he pulled England along with him as America, Canada and several other countries rounded the corner.
America's eyes widened and immediately he pulled out a gun.
"No! America stop!" England screamed, holding up his hands which made Japan press the needle into his throat. He stopped talking and tried to hold his breath.
"America..." Canada said and placed a hand on his brother's arm, "he'll hurt England."
"I...I know but what do we do?!" America growled back, gun lowered but his gaze still trapped on England's eyes.
Japan shouted something in Japanese at them and pressed the needle a little further into England's neck making him hiss in pain.
"What is he saying?!" America shouted in anxiousness.
"He's telling us to let him go, to let him pass or he'll kill England." China translated, having just caught up with the others.
"We can't let him, he'll kill England if we let him go!" America shouted at China.
"It's ok..." England said quietly, almost so they couldn't hear.
"E-England!" Canada shouted.
"Let him go...I'll take care of him and we'll be back," England said, staring straight at America, "please..."
Not able to say anything otherwise, America conceded and stepped back.
Still holding England at needle point, Japan quickly made his way past them and to a window. Throwing the needle at America he hit England in the stomach hard enough to knock him out and threw him over his shoulder, jumping out of the window like a trained ninja and disappearing before the others could even move.
