Conqueror of Worlds, prt 4: then Germany [1/2]

Before anyone realized what Spain had done his troops were already gone and the city of Berlin lay in ruin, many people killed and others left for dead. No one knew who to blame or really what had happened, only that suddenly they were invaded and nearly wiped out.
The rest of Germany's people demanded answers and were rioting in the street over this attack of their capitol. Germany himself was no where to be seen. Prussia and Japan, who'd been called in to help while the others dealt with the riots, were immediately went to find him, looking where ever they thought he might be and prayed that he wasn't seriously hurt. The Japanese man went into one of the other man's bunkers (one that wasn't in use since the last world war.) He'd hoped he wouldn't ever have to come back here again but this was the only place he hadn't looked. Slowly he made his way through the base.
First Sweden, and now Germany was missing...gods how this fever was turning everything upside down! They were trying to stop the nations from going to war with each other and now even the peacekeepers were called into to patrol and break up fights.
He stopped when he saw a door that was slightly ajar and had a light on on the other side. He crept to it and slowly opened it up. The door retched from his arm and pulled all the way open and there...there was Germany standing tall and glowering down at him with eyes of steel. That wasn't what shocked Japan though, no it was what the other was wearing.
"Come in Herr Honda, we have much to discuss." and the German pulled Japan in and quickly removed his gun. "Have a seat!" he shouted and threw the Japanese man into a chair.
"Wh-Why are you wearing your old Nazi outfit?!" Japan shouted, determined to sound angry despite his fear. He knew, right then and there that Germany had been infected with the madness and now he'd regressed to...wait but how did he get the illness? "What happened? Why are you hiding here!?"
"Now we talk about other things, I think ja?" Germany answered instead, a whip and a pistol in hand, Japan's pistol placed in the table's drawer.
Japan realized, a little to late, how deep of shit he was in when he noticed the door was now bolted shut and the Germany was walking towards him in a clipped pace, whip at the ready. "Wa-Wait, Germany! What are we talking about?!"
"You're complete surrender." Germany said coldly and struck Japan across the face with a whip.
"Stop! Germany snap out of it please! You're sick! With fever! You must have gotten it from France or something!!" Japan pleaded but was only met with the whip across his abdomen.
"France has not infected me with anything." Germany replied calmly, eyes never straying from Japan's own. "Now I want you to strip completely bare for me."
