“You're free.” Russia said simply, holding Lithuania at arm's length as the brunette whimpered in misery. “You can go to Alfred now, if you want.”
“What?” Liet gasped through his teeth. He cried out in dismay as the wind picked up around them again, arms wrapped around himself in a futile defense against it. Tears seemed to frost on his eye lashes as his hair whipped about his face. “Ivan-san, please...!” He begged, feeling the hand slide down to his throat to keep him where he was.
“You don't want to go to Alfred?” Russia asked, seeming surprised. Liet collapsed to his knees, the pain in his bare feet too much to take. He was let go as he dropped, and Ivan moved to kneel in front of him as Lithuania sobbed into his hands. “Toris~” He tilted his chin up again. Their breath mingled in the cold, clouds of white.
“N-no...” The brunette shook his head swiftly.
“No, what?”
“P-please, take me i-inside!” Liet looked up, reaching for Russia's hand. The blond let him take it. “P-please! I-I don't want t-to go a-anywhere!”
“Than you admit to it.” Russia asked, though his tone was that of a statement.
“A-admit to...” Eyes widened in horror as he watched Russia stand and turn away. “N-no!” Lithuania cried, reaching out to grab the blond's coat tail. “I-I... I a-admit it!” He sobbed, desperately.
“Ahh... now we're getting somewhere.” Russia beamed now, turning back around. “He seduced you, didn't he? That man made you turn against me?”
“Yes!” Anything, anything at all. Just take me back inside!
“Oh Toris, I knew it!” Russia dipped down to scoop the smaller nation up into his arms, as if he was a child. He carried him with an arm under his legs, and one behind his back, like a cradle. Over the threshold and back into the large, cold house. Lithuania curled into Russia as much as he could, shaking so hard that even the much larger nation nearly stumbled as he closed the door behind them with his foot. “Shhhh, shhh, you're doing well, Toris. Admitting your mistake is the first step to repentance.” He stated happily. “Ahh, just wait.” Russia said as he started up the stairs.
Up the stairs, not to the basement. It was a small comfort-a very small comfort.
“Since we don't follow a God anymore, you can repent to me. And we'll start by having you tell me everything. And then I can begin to forgive you... and decide what your punishments should be. I can't forgive you all at once, after all. Oh but Toris... I can't tell you how happy I am that you chose me.” Russia's voice was going on, but Lithuania merely held on tight, eyes closed and fighting the urge to sob again.

I... wow. What a horrible way to get him to admit to what he did. Tremendously creative on the author's part, as well- and "letting him go" without letting him go at all was cruelly brilliant. I love that Russia is not just angry, but is genuinely upset, as well- it makes the fact that this time it's that much more serious sink in even more. The little part about Estonia taking Latvia out of the room broke my heart.
Please, please continue. You already have my soul, but I'll pledge you my undying love as well? And cookies. And cake.

As for how the fic should go on, the line Russia speaks about them not having a God gave me this image of a naked Lithuania kneeling in front of Russia in a prayer pose as the towering nation reads him his sins and his punishments, making him repent for the sins and then feel the pain. I don't know if that works for you but it's the image I saw in my head as I read this and pictured the rest.
And the "taking him outside" part reminded me of my own Russia/Liet fic that I'm currently writing, in which an insane Russia takes Lithuania naked outside and forces him to play with him in the snow. Seems like some ideas don't just pass through one mind.
Lastly I beg, beg, beg you to continue this. Make Russia hurt Toris bad and definitely, definitely make Alfred see it. That's my last wish in regards to this amazing prompt.

If I could make a request, suggestion thing (even though you seem to be heading in that direction anyway), um, more jealous Russia? Not really blindly cruel, but hurt. I was really surprised by that, and I think it's part of what makes this story so unique.
