"The Talk" part 2/2

England let out a groan, rubbing his temples and feeling the oncoming migraine coming. He did not want to have to send in even MORE of his troupes to stop any more fights that happened between America and Canada… to protect his little nation from being hurt by France who would not be too pleased when he found out America punched Canada in the face. However, England didn’t have time to deal with that migraine… he needed a simple and quick answer to give America so that he could return to his paperwork.

“Baby nations come from mother nations.” He said simply, about to turn back to continue….

Then came the dreaded questioning.

“Why.” America said, still looking stubborn and angry, arms crossed over his chest and voice squeaking a bit (nation puberty could be a terribly thing. America seemed to be in that awkward stage where his voice was changing… these squeaks happened. It only made America angrier, and want to show his stubbornness even more)

“Because Mother nations develop a special relationship with their child nations, and can obtain a greater variety of items to trade with other nations or use for themselves.” He stated back, trying to give America a wave of one of his hands to shoo him out of the room. Didn’t work.

“How.”

England let out a frustrated groan, having made a large ink-stain on the documents he was signing, standing up and walking over in from of America, glaring down at him.

“I suggest you spend less time wondering about how baby nations are born, and more time doing those chores I assigned you.” He said, as America glared right back up at him.

“Not my fault you’re a whore…” America muttered, casting his eyes away for a moment.

“I BEG YOUR PARDON?!” England shouted at him, infuriated. “JUST WHO TOLD YO-“

“Canada did!” America said, standing up and glaring at England… only having to look up slightly now. God he had grown… “Canada says you are a dirty whore because you screw around with EVERYONE’S lands and have baby nations all over the place!”

“Do you even know what half of those words mean?!” England questioned, trying to control his own voice as well.

“NO! BECAUSE YOU DON’T TEACH ME ANYTHING!” America shouted, voice cracking mid sentence for a moment. Without waiting for a response, America stormed out of the room, slamming the door shut on the way out. He slammed EVERY door in the place as he passed through it, until he got to his room.

He stayed in there for the rest of the night, beginning to move on into his next growing-up phase. He needed to explore his emotions a bit and the human mind. This called for depressing poetry.

on the contrary, i thought this was hilarious--especially the whore part. i wonder how england will repay canada for telling america all sorts of bad things about him once canada's under his roof instead of france's...
