Natalia went completely quiet. Ivan's - or whoever - sobbing went crazy. Then -
"I know."
Ivan gazed at her in confusion between her own tears. "What?" she asked, turning a little to face her sister.
"I know, Ivan. I've known for a long time." Natalia smiled a little and patted her older sisters hair. "Is this was it was all about? You silly girl.."
"But.. how?" Ivan almost sounded irritated. Her voice was whiny.
"I'm always watching you, you know." Natalia kissed Ivan's nose. "For five years ago, you fell asleep after an argument with Ludwig. I had to carry you to bed. You weren't wearing your jacket at that time, and I.. felt something, let's say it that way." Ivan's cheeks turned red.
"Oh, really.." she said in slight embarrassment.
"But why now? Why.."
"Toris told Alfred." Quiet. Ivan's sobbing started again. "He promised not to. When I let go of him. he.. he promised! But he told Alfred.. Now.. Now I'm turning a world-wide joke-" Ivan's rambling was stopped as Natalia pressed her lips against hers. Her tongue slipped through surprised lips and slowly played with Ivan's for a second, before she let go of her lips again.
"Who cares about Toris. Who cares about Alfred," she whispered, caressing Ivan's cheeks. "You'll always have me, and I will always love you. Man or woman."

That night, Natalia and Ivan held their wedding.
