THIS IS ODDLY SPECIFIC So we know that trade was set up between Japan and Europe near the turn of the 16th century.
Portugal tells the other nations about Japan, so Spain sets up a voyage to go see for himself, and takes our two favorite Italians ( and maybe HRE ) with him.
They meet Little! Japan and Mama Amaterasu
Romano kinda stays behind, while Spain negotiates some trade. Chibitalia on the other hand, goes off with shy and reserved Japan.
Heres what I want: Japan is not really sure what to think of Italy at first, but then Japan gains a massive, semi obvious crush on Chibitalia. ( If you include HRE, he'll probably be all jealous.) And they just hang out together, until Spain has to leave a few weeks/days later.
Bonus For: - Japan showing Chibitalia customs of Japan and vice versa - If Japan convinces Chibitalia to wear a kimono - If Chibitalia greets/teaches Japan with/about an Italian greeting - Japan teaches Chibitalia a song in Japanese (and/or vice versa) - If present day Japan still has some feelings for present day N. Italy
I just want all around fluff and hilarity. Will try her best to do art for the story. And if this has been requested, links or GTFO <33 Sorry this is so long :c

When Kiku first met the child, he wasn't sure what to think. She was about his age, maybe younger, dressed in clothes he'd never seen before. It was hard to believe someone as innocent looking as her would be part of the fearsome knights in shining armor that had arrived with their captain Antonio.
She hid nervously behind the leg of the leader and mumbled a 'Ciao' at the the boy. He didn't understand what she said to him at first, but he soon found out later on that it meant hello.
He introduced himself as Japan, and she introduced herself as Italy. He tried to be polite and held out a hand for her, smiling a little to make himself seem less intimidating. She stared at the hand curiously, then gave him a tiny yet adorable smile before taking his hand into her own. That's when he felt his heart skip a beat for the first time.
While Mama was busy with Antonio with plans of trading, he showed his new friend Italy all the wonders of his land. He laughed at seeing her try to eat with chopsticks only to cause the sushi in her grasp to fall apart. He tried not to blush when he saw Italy in a spring green kimono that he convinced her to wear. He even felt his heart skip once again as they held hands under the starry lit sky.
Sadly after they'd had so much fun together for the past few weeks, it was time for Italy to go home.
"Are you sure you have to go?" He asked her. "You could stay here and live with me."
"I can't," she replied then her cheeks turned a light pink, "I have someone waiting for me at home."
It was then that he felt his heart smash into a million pieces at the realization that Italy was already in love with someone else. As he waved goodbye to her at the port, it took all the willpower he could not to shed a single tear until the ship could no longer be seen over the horizon.
Now when Kiku thinks back to it, he was amazed that he'd been so foolish to think Feliciano was a girl. Still, after all these years his heart would flutter at the innocent look on the boy's face. Unfortunately, Feliciano was still in love with the person he promised to return home to.
And Kiku hated Ludwig for that. --- Hope Anon likes. :3

OH MY GOD, POOR KIKU.
I wanna give him a hug, but....I'm not ready to sign a marriage contract. XD
God this was just perfect. The sweetness and the shyness and the OH MY GOD SO SAD. It was cute and simple and just the way I like it. And it broke my heart.
