"Alfred! Alfred!" England shouted banging upon his door with extreme fervor. "I can't believe you never told me you git! How could you do this to me ?!"
America finally opened the door, catching england off gaurd in the middle of his banging and and causing him to slam his fist into america's chest repeatedly.
"Ow! England! Calm down!" America cried grabbing at Englands wrists to stop his flailing. He laughed seeing the red blooming across his face. "Now tell me, what exactly did I not tell you?"
"THIS." England shouted, thrusting his phone into americas face. America gave it a quizzical look, the screen looked to be of an internet forum of some sort. "Why did you not tell me of your discovery of the invisible pink unicorn?! You -you know how much I love unicorns! And you didn't even bother to tell me!? Do-do you have any ideas what this means?! It says that its the supreme goddess of the world!! That's amazing!! Just think! If only we could catch a glimpse of her! All we need is faith America! This is incredible!" England had stomped his way into the house and was now making wild gestures, practically bouncing up and down with excitement, it was rather cute.
America raised an eyebrow at him, "England have you been taking your old geezer meds? Are you seriously believing what a bunch of loonies on the internet say?"
"Excuse me! These 'crazy people' happen to be your people! And I am not that old!" Though his voice wavered slightly towards the end and a light blush spread across his cheeks. "Really... I'm not that old... j-just because you're too damn idiotic to see the unicorn doesn't mean you should ridicule others!"
America frowned slightly before taking the phone from Englands grasp and ignoring his indignant cries, "How the hell can a unicorn be both pink and invisible? At the same time?" But before England could respond, a look of dawning realization spread across his face, "Oooohhhh, this is THAT unicorn."
England made some gargled noise at the back of his throat and grabbed America by the front of his Eminem t-shirt, practically shaking him , "That?! What do you mean by 'that?!'" America bit his lip, seeing England so excited, eager, eyes shining, cheeks flushed... he didn't know if he could tell him the cold, hard truth. "C'mon America! Please! I need to know where I can find this unicorn!"
America looked away, he didn't know if he could stand to see the sight of England's face falling, "Okay, well um, actually, I hate to break it to you, but some people kinda just made it up. Its not a real religion, its supposed to like make fun of people that believe in God or something I don't know I didn't really care." He chanced a glance at England who seemed to be. Suddenly very interested in his shoes. "England, are you okay? I'm sorry man. I - I wish it were real too... well for your sake, anyway," America laid his hands on the other nations shoulders, unsure exactly of how to comfort him. He could feel his shoulders shaking violently and stabs of regret struck through him "England? I'm really sorry-"
But finally England had lifted his head to face America, who was shocked to find that he hadn't been crying, but laughing, even though tears were gathering at the corners of his eyes, "R-right, right of course! AHAHAHAHA." He gave a loud and humorless laugh, making the younger nation wince, "I- I was just kidding! Really! I was testing you!"
"On what?" America asked, oblivious to England's obvious, furious denial.
"Y-your own cults and-and internet... memes," England facepalmed at his own terrible attempt at lying and quickly shouted "Well I've got business to take care of so ill see you later old chap!" He shouted before practically sprinting out the door, face as red as one of Spains tomatoes.
America sighed, "Crazy... Can't believe I love the old man."
