He feels them crook and then, there, Latvia shudders again and moans, the sound heavy and loud in his own ears. Russia chuckles happily behind his neck, and repeats the motion.
Latvia pants, and arches against Russia's fingers, silently begging for more.
Russia complies, and a third finger enters him. He catches his breath at the stretching sensation, filling him up in a way that nothing can duplicate, and he never feels more lavished upon than when Russia is doing this.
He knows it shouldn't make up for everything else, but it does. He can't help it.
Russia is so good at this, so amazing, anticipating every motion Latvia wants him to make, and doing it before he can think to say it, sometimes before he can even think to think it.
Russia twists his wrist just so, and Latvia moans again, and begs him.
He groans and cries when Russia pulls out again, but then those same slick, wet fingers are curling around Latvia's throat, and he's saying, "You want this, yes?"
"Y-Yes," Latvia moans, nodding his head against Russia's fingers.
Russia chuckles again, higher, and then his penis is bumping against Latvia's prepared hole, and his fingers are tightening around Latvia's throat.
He's going to have a ring of bruises there shaped like Russia's fingers, black and purple and green.
Latvia pants at the thought, pants at Russia's length finally penetrating him, and then Russia is whispering to him, "Touch yourself, Latvia. Make yourself come when I do."

Russia laughs again, but doesn't stop, and Latvia lets his head fall completely, trusting Russia's strong grip to hold him there, suspended in a firework studded, utterly black sky.
He fumbles in his thrusts, trying to match Russia again, and his teeth clamp down on his bruised lip to stop a moan he wouldn't have been able to give.
He chokes, and shivers, and then, just as his vision begins to black out completely, he comes.
Everything stops.
Pleasure rolls through him. His voice breaks through Russia's grip, and his words are broken and jagged.
He moans, hot liquid spilling into his palm.
Russia's continued thrusts draw him out longer, until the pleasure becomes unbearable, and his brain seems almost to short out. He fights Russia's grip, but Russia doesn't let go, just shifts him, and thrusts even deeper.
Latvia can't see, can't breathe.
Darkness falls around him.
Russia growls into his ear and stills, coming hard and violent, but Latvia can't.

He comes back to himself some untold amount of time later, to Russia patting his cheek just hard enough to be considered another slap, and he nearly panics when he feels Russia's hand still closed on his throat.
"I c-can't, I c-can't," Latvia begins, and then stops when he realises he can.
Russia is gripping him, but no longer tightly enough that his breath is stopped, and Latvia lets out a shaky sigh, and works on calming his frantic heartbeat.
"Are you finding this exciting enough?" Russia asks.
He's on Latvia's other side now, and again they are face to face. His expression is utterly satisfied, a lazy smile and warm eyes, and his free hand is propping up his chin.
Latvia swallows.
"I'm t-tired, R-Russia," he says, and his eyes widen when he realises how truthful this is.
He suddenly feels himself crying again, but he can't think why. He's never felt as happy as he did earlier, with Russia inside him and surrounding him, so close, so personal.
He doesn't know what he did to deserve it, and it nearly makes him scream.
"Little Latvia," Russia calls him again, sounding surprised. He drops his hand from Latvia's throat, and then curls his arms around his back, and hugs him closely.
Latvia cries into Russia's chest, sniffling and shaking, and still not sure why. "T-Thank y-you. I l-love y-you, s-so much," Latvia says again and again, words muffled.
Russia pets his hair, and hums against his ear.
"T-Thank y-you," Latvia says one last time, and then falls into a very deep sleep.

H-Holy hell. I'm not the OP, but Asphyxation is one of my huge kinks, and I'd say everything else that everybody's said before, but- the fact that Latvia loves him and sobs and tells him that he loves him afterwards just makes it- well- like they said- intense. For some reason, this hits home. God, brilliant. This was absolutely perfect.

I was so enveloped in this I didn't even realize you were writing it in the present tense until like, the fourth or fifth part. It was glorious. I normally hate it when Latvia is abused by Russia, but I think this is one of my favorite RusLat fics I've ever read. Well done, good sir.
