“Su-san…? Is that you? What are you doing here?”
Sweden shrugs his shoulders.
“You said you’d go t’ walk ‘n the forest ‘nd you always come her‘..”
Finland walks to Sweden and tilts his head, smiling a bit and frowning at the same time, not knowing if he should be amused or grateful that the other came to pick him up.
“There was no need for you to come all the way just because of that, you know. You’re not responsible of me anymore.”
Finland laughs and pats Sweden’s arm when the other looks uneasy.
“But I’m glad you came, I ran a pretty long way and my legs are tired.”
Sweden nods and steps inside of the car, sitting on the drivers seat. Finland follows his example and sits down on the front seat, sighing and closing his eyes as Sweden turns on the engine and starts to drive down the bumpy road.
Sweden glances at him.
“You tired?”
Finland hums and nods, opening his eyes to smile at Sweden.
“Yeah. But this it’s getting late anyway”
Finland yawns and stares out of the window.
“Look, it’s a beautiful sunset.”
“It is.”
Finland glances at Sweden, the silent man was staring at the road, his face didn’t let out any emotion at first glance but Finland had learned to recognize every slight change of his features.
“Were you worried?”
“I wasn’t worr’d.”
Finland chuckles and closes his eyes again, feeling the movement of the car slowly make him more and more sleepy.
-Luckily not all things stay the same..-
Finland falls asleep and his head falls to hang on his side, resting against Sweden’s shoulder.
Sweden smiles slightly, even though few would be able to tell he’s smiling, and moves his right hand to rest on Finland’s knee and gently squeezes, deep in thought.
-He always likes to visit that place, Fin... I remember how he had a house there once.-

Okaaay there it is. I APOLOGIZE for the japanese honorifics, I don't know how something like "Russia-san" got there, forgive me.
It's late in here, I'm tired and don't remember what I should put in here so if something bothers you, please ask and I will explain whatever is bugging you later.

Oh wow. This is just. Really. Beautiful. SuFin is a twisted relationship underneath the surface indeed. The ending struck me as both sweet and disturbing. Sweden and Finland have changed over time to accommodate each other but Finland's house is still not where it used to be.

that was definitely difficult to read, especially such a sweet loving couple as SuFin, but real Sweden wasn't nice to real Finland, was it ... real history is hard to read.
