“I intend to keep my end of the bargain, particularly as you have fulfilled yours master.” America answered.
“Very well then. I have some tasks for you. Here’s the list, I expect you to get this done by the end of the afternoon.” Arthur ordered, and then turned to start working on one of his presidential duties.
The list had eight or nine things on it, nothing too bad but it was going to take a while. He was a hero and could do thi-He had to clean what with what? … It was at the end of the list and he was going to clarify that order when he got to it. After finishing the other seven tasks (ranging from cleaning England’s kitchen thoroughly, to filing paperwork) Alfred tentatively approached his ‘master’. He’d heard the other yelling and cursing at someone, and hearing an amused French accent sighed at the fact that France was once again, harassing England and Arthur always was in a foul mood for a while after dealing with Francis.
“Oh mon ami, I have heard the most unusual rumor. You let go of all of your colonies for Amerique! You must tell me if zis is true. If so, however did you get him to submit to you? A moment of weakness from ze gorgeous lapin was eagerly anticipated by many of us Europeans in order to snatch him up.” France purred at the younger European.
“Bugger off, wanker. I’m not telling you anything. Shoo, I am in no mood to deal with you.” England growled up at Francis, close to shoving the vice president away from him.
Alfred hid until He saw Francis leave Arthur’s study and shuffled over to the older teen. “Umm… Master what exactly does ‘dust the book shelves completely without using a ladder or step-stool, using the proper tools and clothes’ mean?”
“You finished the other tasks already? Hmm, somehow that doesn’t surprise me.” England answered then looked Alfred up and down speculatively. After a moment Arthur moved to his closet and pulled out two things. One was a feather duster, the other was… Was… Oh god no please England had to be messing with him. “Go on Alfred change into this in the adjoining restroom. Unless you wish to resist or disobey this order.”
America hesitated for a moment and took the items from his suzerain state. The maid outfit was actually quite comfortable, if a bit short for the American. It was a navy blue ruffled dress with a white apron and lace trim. It had a headpiece that was white and went on like a headband. He put all of the items on (very carefully making sure Nantucket was not being restrained, this was humiliating enough without having… that touched as well). There was a knock on the door and England said “I forgot you must wear these as well.” It was a pair of thigh high stockings and gloves that matched the white of his dress. Pointedly, Alfred had not been given shoes, either heels or flats but the American did not care and merely prayed this was the worst that would happen.
Alfred dusted the bookshelves with the feather duster in the maid outfit he’d been provided. However he quickly ran into a problem. America could not reach the top shelf, even on the tips of his toes, arm fully extended. Grumbling inwardly, the new British colony closed his eyes and concentrated. As soon as his dark brown wings were out fully, Alfred fluttered to the top shelves and finished dusting the top shelves first, then landed and cleaned the lower shelves after closing said appendages.
“Any other abilities, America?” England suddenly asked, startling the younger nation.
“W-what do you mean by that Eng-master?” America asked, disconcerted as he’d forgotten the elder was in the room.
“You have wings. Any other unusual or mystical abilities?” England elucidated. At the blank stare, Arthur sighed internally. Perhaps the younger nation did not have any other mystical abilities, or two more likely scenarios were that, one Alfred didn’t recognize whatever magical abilities he did have or two he had not cause to use his magical abilities before. Sighing, the student council president went back to his paperwork.
Alfred fidgeted a little, then asked after a moment “Do you have anything else for me to do master?”
“No I do not. I wish you to stay however and in those clothes for now.” England answered.

There is a Hetalia Gauken game (parts of it are on youtube) where they are the countries they represnt, they are just going to school because they are forced to. England in the game is the student body president and France is the student VP.

About the wings comment One Arthur/England never asked if he had wings and two America/Alfred never thought that he was supposed to tell England about his wings.

While I would have very much appreciated a heads-up about the wings before I stumbled across them in this part, I am enjoying the rest of your fill quite a bit (and how did you know America in a maid outfit is a kink of mine? Unf).
