Awww, I love you guys! Thanks for all the fun, camping!anons. I haven't forgotten this story. When the charity rounds came after Fukushima, I took on tons-a little more than I should've actually-but I don't regret it, it's good to help out. :) But yeah, this had to be shelved for a little while, even though I wanted to work on it.
But I ended up finishing two other fandom WIPs, so hopefully I can get back to posting once a month for this.
Also I should note that I think I'll be betaing older parts and eventually posting deanoned, since while going through the old discopost and someone mentioned that they couldn't read parts because the threads refused to open? I'm so sorry to deny you guys porn! I was going to wait until I finished, but I didn't realize that the thread problem in the last part had become such an issue, so a little earlier can't hurt. I can't deanon here until it's finished, but I will say that I hope to post the first part of the gigantic fanmix/betaed chapters in the France/Canada community, so look out for it!
The song mentioned is Zazie's rendition of La Vie En Rose. I usually love her stuff, but that cover was a disastuh.
Helen and Isidora are Mama Greece and Mama Egypt respectively. Isadora means 'gift of Isis'. I ended up choosing it over calling her Cleopatra in the end.
