They somehow made it back onto the dock, although Latvia put the memory of how deep in the back of his mind because it was just too scary to think about because he thought that he might die several times during it.
So they sat, side by side, legs swinging as they waited for Latvia’s plane.
Then, “Hey, Latvia, when I become older, can I hold you from behind?”
Latvia choked on air. “W-what?”
“Like, you sit on my lap!” Sealand began gesturing excitedly. “’Cuz one day, I’ll be so big that you won’t smoosh me, and I can hold you and put my arms around your tummy like this.” And he demonstrated, by jumping up and running behind Latvia, looping his arms around the brunette boy’s waist. Even though Latvia was quite thin, Sealand could barely reach all the way across.
Latvia blushed. He was sure blushing a lot. “A-ah sure.” Then he imagined how Sealand would look all grown up. First, he imagined maybe a taller England, but that thought was just scary, so he imagined an America with thick eyebrows and that was a little bit better. Lithuania had told him that America was very nice, and that was what Sealand was, of course.
So, yes, Latvia thought that he wouldn’t mind at all (and might even like it a little bit) to be held by Sealand.
The micronation had continued talking. “…and then, when I’m so tall I’m going to pick you up, like, like this!” and he demonstrated, hooking one arm around the back of Latvia’s shoulders, and one under his knees. Although the small Baltic didn’t budge an inch, Sealand looked so excited, Latvia had to reward his efforts with a soft peck on his cheek.

They're toooo cuuute. Man, why isn't there more of this pairing out there?
Also, just gotta say that I'm loving this fill so far, anon. It all reads like it could be canon. You've got everyone's characterization down. Keep it up!
