Russia wants to stop fighting with America so he trys to form a relationship that doesn't involve snarking and violence with him. The arguing has gone down and despite some turbulance in this new relationship the two are starting to get along.
Until Kiku and Arthur see whats going on. They really do not want Ivan to steal their friend/love interest away from them and team up.
I put relationship because Ivan could want to be romantically involved with Alfred or he could just be trying to first be friends. Really its up to anon whether you want it to be platonic or not. I'd prefer romance but whatever is okay. It can be AU if anon really wants it to be. No preference over the human or country name. Bonus- England and Japan's mistrust of Ivan is not just because their jealous but because they truly believe he will end up hurting Alfred. Whether they are correct or not is up to you.

ya I was incredible busy that day and a bit sick but had some 'down time' if you can even CALL it that and while I was checking I got a call and then a few people were like 'GTF over here' and OMG 'wtf get working' and I was tired so I was 'ONE MORE MINUTE' and had to get up and came back ...well it was all a horrible horrible confusion of reading and trying to ignore people so I clicked post...ya sorry OP -.-; To make up for it I remember having some pics on my delicious account that totally matched/reminded me of this so here: <3

Um sorry?
