Vash VS The Yandere States Of America 2/?

“A gun range…are they trying to intimidate each other? What kind of first date is that?”
Several states gave Massachusetts an icy stare, particularly Montana, Kentucky, and Alaska, though they weren’t by any means the only ones. On the other hand, California and New York got a good laugh out of it.
A short, thin man with dark hair, a serious face, and a crisp suit hushed the rowdy states. Technically, he was a federal territory and not truly one of them, but the states treated him with respect because he was the personification of the District of Columbia, or Washington D.C. He wasn’t as strong or robust as the others, and he was prone to illness, but he was the guy with the information.
D.C. rapped his knuckles on the chalkboard to make sure he captured everyone’s attention. “I think it would be in Alfred’s best interest if we kept an eye on Mr. Switzerland, but I don’t think we have enough information to act yet. Therefore, I recommend-“ He swiftly placed his hand over his mouth to cover a cough. A few of the states looked concerned. “It’s the crime problem in D.C, nothing new-”
New York interrupted, “You sure you got the right info? Dad and Switzerland…that’s real hard to believe. It smells fishy.”
A voice among the crowd said, “So what? The guy’s a jerk, he deserves it anyway.” About ten of out of the fifty states murmured agreement.
A tanned little girl with almond eyes (everyone recognized her as little Hawaii), who looked to be about twelve, broke in with her own opinion. “Maybe he’s just Daddy’s friend. Daddy doesn’t have many friends who aren’t forced to be nice to him...”
The second youngest, Alaska, looked almost exactly like his other father, and was nearly as tall, but had his Dad’s eyes and nose. He turned to face his little sister, and smiled for her benefit. “That’s true, but Switzerland is not very friendly…casually hanging out with Daddy isn’t his style...we should watch him, just in case.”
Every state voiced their approval. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Liechtenstein had to remind her brother about his pajamas again. He often forgot to wear the pink pjs that she made him, but Switzerland would always wear it if she reminded him.
Right now, he was busying putting his all his guns away. He kept a couple by his bed, of course, and there was a pistol on the nightstand, but Lilli had slowly been persuading her brother to keep fewer and fewer at his side as the years passed. She smiled softly at her brother. For a few minutes, he left the room, but then came back with a basket of clean clothes. Lilli watched him carefully fold and put away the fresh laundry. She grabbed a few shirts and started to help.
“Today was very fun, big brother. Can…can we hang out with America again sometime?” Liechtenstein stared up into Switzerland’s face, looking faintly hopeful. “I would like to get out of the house more often.”
He paused, appearing to consider it for a moment. Vash said flatly, “We can’t get involved in his dispute with China.”
Lilli looked away, and mumbled something. It caught her brother’s attention, however. He was staring at her, so she repeated, “I don’t think it was about that. He just seemed to want to…have fun?”
A frown crossed his face. Vash grumbled something about neutrality and America being annoying, but in the end, he just said, ”I’m not going to go out of my way to talk to him. But I suppose…if America invites us to hang out with him again, we can go.” -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Alfred was still stuck in a Swiss airport, and it was getting late. Really late. Unfortunately, almost everyone spoke Italian, so he wasn’t able to communicate with anyone properly. America wondered how he’d managed to get stuck in the part of Switzerland that spoke Italian rather than German or French, but there wasn’t anything he could do about it now. The workers spoke English, of course, but they didn’t seem to understand some of the words America used.
He’d tried speaking slower, and speaking louder, but that didn’t work. He stopped eating his burger, but even that wasn’t enough to clear up the communication troubles. Eventually, he gave up and rented a hotel room for the night.

That's right Gun range= perfect for romance. The northern states and California just don't get it. Uh-oh, America's staying over night... the states are going to be completely freaking out. Anyways, this is awesome, please continue!

Well, they might have a gps tracker on Al, they might have access to one of the satellites that fly over the world, or just an old fashioned phone tree. It's probably the last one since their information seems to be incomplete/slightly faulty.
