You're Not Listening To Me 1/?

If this wasn't the most boring meeting Feliks had ever endured, he didn't know what was. Personally, he could stand his country being a little warmer, so what was the big deal with global warming anyways? Of course, considering it was Japan talking about it and not America, he had to say it was more boring than usual. He might've cared if Alfred was speaking...
He glanced out the window; it looked as if it would rain. Of course, that was a given, considering they were in England for this meeting...
He poked Liet in the ribs, tugging on his sleeve. Though trying to ignore him, Liet eventually turned, frowning.
"What?" He hissed, apparently taking notes as if this were incredibly important. Feliks smiled lightly, settling his head in his lap.
"I'm, like, going to take a nap, okay?"
The brunette let out a long suffering sigh, but allowed him to remain, busily taking notes, despite the looks France was giving him.If Feliks was napping, he wouldn't keep being distracted by him...
...
...unless he nuzzled his head against him like that...
Turning slightly red, Liet reached down to remove the Pole, just as there was a clap of thunder. Poland went stock still, eyes widening as he looked up at Liet. The weather man had said there'd be no thunderstorms...damn liar...
Lithuania glanced at the other nations, and it seemed they hadn't noticed how Poland had reacted. He needed to get him out of here...
There was another clap of thunder, and Poland whimpered, hiding against Lithuania. He was trying to be quiet at least. England had taken notice at this point, raising his impressive eyebrows. He had yet to say anything, however...
Lithuania cleared his throat, interrupting Japan.
"I move to have the meeting postponed, on account of foul weather."
Germany frowned.
"We are perfectly safe in here. I see no reason to end the meeting early. And please refrain from PDA, it is not appropriate." He vetoed, shaking his head. He looked back to Japan, nodding for him to continue.
Another clap of thunder drowned out Japan's voice, and this time, Poland was loud enough for the rest of the room to hear, jumping violently enough to send himself crashing to the floor. He curled up in a ball on the floor, covering his head.
America spoke up at this point.
"I think Poland might be afraid of thunder..." He was quickly interrupted by England, who smacked the back of his head.
"Clearly, he is, you git! Does anyone have ear plugs?" There was murmuring among the group, as another thunder clap reverberated about the room, and Poland began to sob.
Liet knelt by him, stroking his back slowly, whispering to him in Polish. He looked at the rest of the group.
Eeeee! *jumps up and down and claps her hands* I love this! Being the twisted fangirl I am, I like it when terrible things happen to Poland and he needs snuggles.
yeah I haven't slept in like three days either, coherency: gone.

"Can't we postpone the meeting now?"
(that's all for now, then...)
