Not the commenter above, but I think they meant they hope to see Arthur's POV bits progress to the actual rape scene separate from the main story, which would be still done from Alfred's POV.
That aside, if author!anon decides to delve into Arthur's dorm life from his POV, may I request a character cameo taking the role of a resident advisor? Or houseparent, whatever they're called, the faculty members who live in their own apartment rooms within the dorm halls to oversee the boarding students once the school is out. I imagine Arthur wouldn't be that open to any of his RAs, but I just need to see an adult character genuinely caring for Arthur for once, no strings attached.
I'm so sorry for rambling. This anon has been to a boarding high school, so I know too much about it, not that I doubt the author!anon's knowledge of it.
A tip: It's really common for a regular teacher to be "on duty" in the dorms during weekend nights. Basically, a teacher would lounge around the assigned hall until around midnight to check the students in, which is usually the job of an RA. But on weekends, many students choose to visit their homes, so the dorms are fairly empty save for the international students who can't go back home for just couple days. Regular teachers often step in to give the RAs some time off.
Since Francis doesn't seem like the type to stay put in the dorms on weekend nights, and Alfred seems to like talking to students enough... I can't help getting ideas...
That was the plan! A lot of anons a while back wanted some stuff from Arthur's POV, so I was just gonna throw them around as extras. I'm pretty set in Alfred's brain for the main fic.
TOTALLY. I had a vague idea of resident advisors, but the situation never really rose to include one. I'll definitely go for it when I write from Arthur's POV.
this is an amazing tip oh my god. hrghr you're giving me ideas too ♥ thank you so very much.

This is the boarding school!anon from above. Glad it gave you ideas too (now I know I'm not the only one with mind in the gutter haha.) If author!anon ever needs elaboration on specifics rules in a high school dorm, holler in author's notes and I'll help. /overeager reader making grabby hands.
By rules I mean things like curfews and permission for off-campus trips and roaming hours and internet/phone cutoff hour and all that, which tend to be a hell lot stricter with freshmen in particular. or I'll just let my mind wander in the gutter again and see what it comes up with and suggest in the comments. orz
Err, yeah. Alfred as RA on overnight duty will give him a heck load of authority over what Arthur can and can't do. Like visiting other kids' rooms or having the lights on after a certain hour (eleven pm). Just saying.
