Out of total excitement you updated, here are my thoughts!

Oh lord, he's basically going the reality tv show method. The small text has details, since I think things out by writing, but I'll put my picks at the end, too.
I have vague feelings both ways, I guess.
OUT: Finland (by deceiving him with his "feelings" in a vulnerable moment) and Poland (by starting the bet and by kinda cheating on Lithuania) have both done things to abuse Estonia's trust, which I personally think would lead to a really, really bad first time. That could get very uncomfortable, so I would never pick them.
OUT: Lithuania is too much his brother, I think, although I'm sure he would be loving.
OUT: Netherlands came on a little too ... himself for Estonia's first time.
OUT: Russia's pursuit of him to Lithuania's room was kind of creepy, and there's too much history there, rather or not Russia is a crazy rapetruck, a gentle giant, or anything in between.
OUT: France was just too creepy, although he might actually be a great (first) lover. But add the groping to his reputation and it's just too much; maybe some roses and sweet words of seduction would have been smarter. OTL
NEUTRAL: Prussia is very blunt, but he could have been much creepier or ... grope-ier. It would be fun, at least, if not meaningful.
NEUTRAL: Sweden is apparently not interested, but Estonia no longer seems scared of him at this point in history, so if Sweden became interested, it could happen.
NEUTRAL: Canada and Cuba would be an "IN" vote, but I think they might not be interested. I mean, maybe it's just the adorable ice cream date, but I get the feeling they're more vanilla/monogamous than not. Although Cuba might want to save him from America, if that's how things start going! XD
IN: Switzerland would be awesome, since he's been pretty gentlemanly, which is a step or two above most of the creepers. XD Unless he chooses not to get involved no matter what, of course. But it might be hard for Estonia to convince Switzerland that he really wants him to be the "winner."
IN: America came on too strong, but I think Estonia definitely believed it was accidental, once he talked to Canada and Cuba. Weirdly, America was very courtly, especially compared to everyone else. And they're computer bros, I think.
IN: Turkey and Egypt kind of gave him an easy opportunity to pop his cherry and have some fun without having to think about it, which is actually pretty cool. And they never said anything or forced him to stay and/or watch, so he didn't feel trapped or compelled. Although ... if Estonia were straight and/or homophobic in addition to being a virgin, that could have been awkward. LOL
IN: Greece is certainly experienced, and he's too laid-back to pressure Estonia much; that would be ideal, I think.
America, Switzerland, and Greece are my picks. America would be good in an elimination competition, I think; I'm sure he'd make it into the game, and I'm equally sure he'd be good at "playing" it. I think his motives are relatively pure, and that he's a pretty nice guy that likes Estonia as a person, although I'm sure he's titillated by his virginity. He would have been my top choice, but Estonia may still be a little worried about his strength and ability to read the atmosphere (in bed); that is justbalanced out by his good qualities, I think. Switzerland would definitely treat him well, I think. And Greece would definitely be a considerate, experienced partner, although I imagine he doesn't know Estonia well; since he seems to be an observant person, I imagine Greece would be great at reading Estonia's reactions. Which is good, since even more experienced people often don't communicate what they want well, much less embarrassed virgins having sex with someone they don't know that well. OTL
But yeah, either Greece, America, or Switzerland would be fantastic. XD
I notice our (allegedly "closet") pervert hasn't appeared, at least that I could find; will England appear later, or is he just too fixated on someone else to be interested in Estonia? ;D
... You should screw with us all and let somebody horrifyingly random deflower him. Like Seychelles or ... I dunno, one of the committed and/or lovey-dovey couples. Gerita or Spamano or something. Or hell, both Italies. I would be so confused, yet so amused. ... Anything but Sealand, really. D:
I've been meaning to add England (among others), but there are just so many characters, it's hard to keep track. orz I keep forgetting to stick Latvia in there somewhere too.
But he'll probably appear next time, along with other characters I've been meaning to add. :3

Awesome, yay for new characters; there are too many to include all, but I still want to see lots of them, honestly. (I wonder if some of the ladies feel sympathy for him? Hungary, not so much, but I get Ukraine would be super sweet about the whole situation. Hm, Ukraine/Estonia? She might be like a adopted sister, though, I don't even know.)
I'd feel bad for being excited by the prospect of even more characters, but things are looking a little up for Estonia now. I mean, at least most nations will have the common sense not to grope or harass him for the moment. ... Except France and Russia, perhaps.
Oh Latvia; I wonder if he still shakes so much in modern times? The Soviet era wasn't that long ago, really. ... The idea of the human vibrator Latvia deflowering anyone is pretty funny. Although I bet he sees Estonia as a ... cousin, or something, if not a brother. But still, I'm curious to see how he feels about this whole bet thing.
... I'm picturing all the countries kicking back with buckets of popcorn (or whatever snacks) and watching the selection process. With France or Hungary taking bets, of course. (Poor Estonia.)
