He pushed past the door to the room both had shared, causing Arthur to quickly peek his head out the kitchen doorway. Robert smiled at them slightly, before retreating behind the door, before Arthur’s eyes froze over in a cold glare. He wasn’t surprised to find the bed completely vacant, or find Emma pouting in bathtub.
“What are you doing?” He asked, her green eyes glanced at him for a split second.
“None of your business.” She snapped, her eyes turning back to the drain.
“I think it is my business to worry about my fiancé,” Robert said smiling, earning a rather shocked look from Emma. “Look, I may have not find it possible, but you are here, and I love you. I think I would still love you if you hatched from an egg.”
Emma smiled weakly, slowly standing up in the tub, and taking Robert’s hand to help her out. He slipped the ring back on her finger, pulling her into a sweet kiss.
“Now, you need to eat something before you drive your British father crazy,” Robert laughed.
“I guess my mum has been trying for a while.” Emma said with a small smile. *** No fooling, bathrooms are the best places to cry, no one really bothers you, that is in your private home, I don't know about public ones. Never cried in a bathtub though, but they do had a curtain so why not.
