It was a long walk to Alfred's house, especially when his rear was killing him. But Alfred was someone he trusted.
He forced his mind to think of anything but his current situation. He just wanted to see Alfred. After the man's mere smell gave him comfort last night, he knew he was falling in love.
Finally, he was in front of Alfred's building. He squeezed his eyes shut as he took a deep breath. He had no idea wat he was supposed to say. 'Hallo Alfred, I'm in love with you, please be with me so the scary Russian rapist can't get me.'
The front door to the apartment opened as he was about to knock, so Alfred ran into his hand.
"Arthur?!" He said.
"Hi."
Alfred lunged. He tackled the other man to the ground in a bone crushing hug. "I missed you!!!" he exclaimed.
Arthur groaned in pain, but squealed inwardly at the contact regardless. He shyly hugged back. "I-I missed you too."
Alfred stood up and brought Arthur with him, his arms pulling him against his chest. "Haha, um, sorry for attacking you like that." He let go, blushing a bit. "What are you here for?"
"Well..." Arthur began.
"Holy shit!" Alfred yelled, grabbing Arthur by the shoulders.
"What? What is it?!"
"What happened to you?!" he said, pointing at a purple bruise on that back of Arthur's neck. The colour was creeping around to the front of his neck, giving Alfred a view of it.
Arthur cursed. "It's nothing, I just--"
"Don't give me that!" Alfred said, generally angry now. "It was that Ivan guy, wasn't it?"
"How...how do you know about him?" Arthur gasped.
"I admit it, I saw you with him at the bar the other night and asked the bartender about him."
Arthur wouldn't look at him, ashamed. "You're right."
To Arthur's surprise, Alfred embraced him again. His eyes widened against Alfred's chest. "What are you...?"
"I'm sorry, Arthur. I'm sorry he did this to you," Alfred said, his hands rubbing Arthur's back.
"..."
Alfred pulled away. "Arthur, you should...I think you should stay with me."
Arthur just stared.
"It's killing me to see you like this. I know that we haven't known each other long, but I really like you, Arthur," he said, tinting slightly. "Please live with me for a while. You might hate it, but I'll support you until you can live on your own. You don't have to be a prostitute anymore. Please, Arthur, please..."
Alfred looked for any sort of answer on Arthur's face. He got it when Arthur threw himself at him. He buried his face in his chest, and began to sob.
"Arthur?"
"I will. I will, I will, I will. I'll stay with you. Thank you so much, Alfred. Thank you so, so much," Arthur said in between sobs.
Alfred smiled sadly and lifted Arthur up under his knees to take him inside. He probably could have walked, but Alfred couldn't resist the urge to carry him that way.
He was very happy Arthur was going to stay with him. As he thought about this, a nagging in the back of his head became louder.

He was going to find this Ivan guy.
