"What?! That so isn't awesome dude!" Gilbert snapped.
"Are you scared? Turning down a bet?" Francis challenged the albino, raising his eyebrows, mocking him.
Gilbert grit his teeth. "Fine," he snapped, "But I am so not talking to you for that whole month!"
"Fine with me. I'll follow you guys around for evidence!"

Gilbert found his way to Ivan's house, hating his friend with full intensity for making him do such a downgrading thing. Ivan was a crazy psychopath, how could he even suggest that?! Then to taunt his courage!
He knocked on Ivan's door, clearing his throat and putting on a fair act. Ivan opened the door, smiling as usual. "Ah, is there a problem, da?" he tilted his head, not usually getting visitors. Especially from Gilbert.
"Ivan, I..." Gilbert shifted his weight, trying to act timid. Ivan blinked, his expression going more into curiosity, meaning the smile left his face. Finally, after clearing his throat again, Gilbert stood erect. "Ivan, I love you! Please go out with me!"
Ivan just stared at him, shocked, processing the words. "R-really?" Ivan managed. He had never received much love, except if you called what Belarus offered love.
Gilbert was compelled to say 'No, of course not, you freak! Now get out of my sight!' but he said the complete opposite. "Yes, why would I lie about such a thing? Please, I want you to call me yours and we can spend our days happy!" he slapped himself in his mind, but he looked with false hope at the Russian.
Words seemed to be caught in Ivan's throat. He just smiled brightly, different from his other smiles, and pulled Gilbert into a tight hug. "Yes! Yes of course!" he wiggled around, Gilbert wanting to struggle out of the hug. He felt disgusted with himself, and furious at Francis for making him do something this downgrading for a whole entire month.
Suddenly, Ivan let him go and stepped backwards. "Sorry! That was too soon, da?" he rubbed the back of his head. He didn't really know what to do in a situation like this. This was the first time Gilbert saw the Russian blush.
Gilbert looked forward to the end of the month where he could crush Ivan's heart to pieces. "So, we go on a date, da?" Ivan asked, still beaming. "We can do whatever you'd like, and I'll pay."
Gilbert smirked to himself. Free food? Maybe this wasn't so bad after all. "Ah, now that you mention it, I'm kind of hungry," the Prussian said.
"Of course!" Ivan said quickly in agreement, taking his hand and pulling him out.
They rid the bus to one of the most expensive restaurants (under Gilbert's request). Shoving the food into his mouth, Gilbert stopped for a moment and looked up at Ivan. "Aren't you hungry?"
"No. I ate before you showed up at my house."
Gilbert nodded. When the check came, Russia fumbled around in his wallet. He didn't have enough. Standing to tower over the waiter, an eerie smile over his face. And intimidating smile.
"I think the number on that check is incorrect, da?"
The waiter trembled, shrinking back and laughing nervously. "Y-yes, my bad, could you tell me how much it really was?"
Ivan told him a number much lower than the one listed, handed him the money, and held out his hand for Gilbert.
"You go home, da?" he tilted his head.
"Yeah, I'm going home now," he let himself be helped up. After the bus ride home, Ivan waved a merry goodbye to Gilbert.
Once far enough away from Ivan's house, Gilbert sighed. "Ugh. I have to go through that for a whole month?"
