Sympathy for Random Guy

Random Guy, working at the UN headquarters, is frantically running around the building looking for someone. Along the way, as he opens different doors, he encounters *very* interesting things between some of the other young workers there, such as Mr. Kirkland, Mr. Yao, Mr. Oxenstierna, Mr. Edelstein, etc.
What he sees and how he reacts is up to anon; but he has to become aroused, horrified, emotional and squee at least onceXD

anon is not picky with pairings, except no UK/Japan, no Germancest, no Latvia/Russia and no Lithuania with either Russia or America.
maybe she is a bit pickier than she previously thought

Random Guy obviously isn't high enough in the Political Food Chain to know just who these young guys are; he just thinks they must be quite impressive to be working at the UN being so young.
Also, it's ok if he knows one or two of them from previous conversations.

Bonus: he has a huge crush on one of the nations. his love is crushed during his search
Bonus 2: he gets hit on by another nation
Bonus 3: at one point he starts to deliver a speech/rant about a country while its anthropomorphic representation is present
