Nooo! anon lied to you ;___; That scene may not appeared at all ;___;
A young man came into Arthur’s view. He was holding a lazy polar bear and his clothes indicated that he was neither in military nor a servant. His face gave Arthur a familiar feeling of annoying but at the same time, he didn’t have any anger or harmful intention toward the young man.
The young man talked in his quiet voice again. “…um Captain Francis… what are you doing here, eh?”
“I could ask you the same question, dear Matthew. Your brother would freak out if he knew you’re wandering near this dangerous pirate.” Francis raised one of his eyebrows and approached the young man. “And by the way, Captain Francis is a no; just Francis is fine with me.” He kissed the young man’s forehead.
“Brother? That familiar face… Oh, so he is brother of Captain Fucking Jones.” Arthur thought while observing the young man. “He seems more tolerable than his loud brother.”
“Oi, if ya intent to flirt here, I think ya’d better do it somewhere off my sign.” He cup his hands around his mouth to motion a megaphone and smirked when he saw Matthew turned redder than before and pushed Francis away.
“Monsieur, you’re really a pain.” Francis frowned at Arthur.
“Frog”
“Eyebrows”
“You…!”
“Ah, that’s right. Alfred asked me to look for you and tell you to bring… um Mr. Kirkland to the dining room” Matthew grabbed Francis’s sleeve and sputtered.
“Alfred really invites him?” Francis surprised. “Yes, he is kind of in happy mood so nothing is really matter. We should hurry, everybody is waiting.” Matthew called the guard to open the cell door.

“Hey lad, what’s your name?” Arthur eyed Matthew curiously. “Ah… My name’s Matthew Williams…” “Ya’re not in military, aren’t ya?” “Eh… ah… no, actually…” Matthew sputtered. It was kind of surprise to have an infamous pirate ask you about yourself. “He’s owner of the merchant ship that used to bait you, and I believe he’s not even in your standard, non?” Francis cut in, slightly pushed Matthew behind. He didn’t want him to have any contact with Arthur. “Who knows, I might make an exception.” Arthur turned to look at Matthew, faking a mischievous smile. “Maple…” The young merchant paled and tried to hide behind Francis.
So the frog is sensitive with things involve Matthew.
The dining room was a medium room and was well-lit with candles; it had a lot of glass window to create an open air feeling. In the middle was a long table, with seat enough for ten people. Five seats were filled with who seemed to be the other captains, three men, a child and a woman.
America navy was really weird. Nobody would bring women, left alone a child to a battle where Grim Reaper would snatch you away without considering you were a king or a peasant. Arthur looked at the woman, shoulder-long blond hair; small clip kept her hair in its way, thin layer of make-up made her looked sincere; she wore a light pink dress, perfected with same color shoes. Small arms kept waving a pink fan lively, and her chest was… flat? Arthur looked bit regret. Well, he was bi, and most of his partners were male, so flat chest… ugh… should never be a matter to him, but when it came to girls; flat chest was not his…
“Oh my, he is here! It’s like, totally awesome to see him this close.”
