Why China? I asked my sister to pick me a random country. There is no historical basis for this whatsoever =x

---

"Yo China, wait up!"

China gave a sigh of irritation. "What do you want America, I'm busy, aru." Of all the days for America to approach him.

The meeting had just ended in complete chaos as per usual. However, normally he wasn't the one causing it or caught up it in. It was all England's fault! The end was rather satisfying though. He let a brief smirk flit across his face at the thought of the bodily harm he had managed to inflict on England. Not that he himself had been able to get away completely injury-free.

"I just wanted to have a little chat with you." America had caught up to him and there was something a little different about his demeanour but China ignored it.

"Make it quick then." China snapped out. He was sorely lacking patience today and he wanted nothing more than a hot bath and a nice cup of tea.

"I don't think you're in any position to make demands," America announced cheerfully. Before he could process what had been said, America had dragged him into the nearest closet, locking the door and turning on a light.

"What is the meaning of this, aru?!" He demanded in outrage.

"You hurt England." Was the simple answer he got. Glancing up at America, he found America's normally expressive face unreadable. The light glinted off his glasses omniously.

Ignoring the uneasy feeling that was beginning to stir, he answered frostily, "This matter does not concern you. It is between England and I."

"Oh really now." Without warning, America had China's arm twisted behind his back. He shoved the Asian harshly against the wall. "Well, I'm making it my business and if you know what's good for you," America brought his other hand to China's neck and squeezed just tight enough to get his message across, "Stay the hell away from England."

No matter how hard he struggled, China was unable to find a way out of America's grip. Not wanting to seem compliant, he spat out, "You would make me your enemy?"

However, it was an empty threat and America had obviously picked up on that. "I think the real question is, do you want to be the enemy of the world's leading superpower, the United States of America?" The threat was clear in his voice.

Having no other choice, he reluctantly answered. "...no."

Not changing their position just yet, America continued in that same serios tone, "This exchange stays between you and me, got it?"

China gave a tiny grudging nod and just like that, it was as if a switch was flipped. America's sunny disposition was back and he acted as though nothing unusual had occurred.

"Glad you understand!" He chirped before releasing his hold on China. He stepped away from China, opened the door and pulled China out. The door snapped shut again just as England came around the corner. England glanced suspiciously at the pair before asking, "What were you doing with China?"

America immediately replied, "I just wanted to ask him about his food! It kinda tasted like my Chinatown's food. Except less awesome because it's not American."

Forgetting what had just transpired, China made a small noise of protest at that statement while England just facepalmed. Before either of them could say anything else, Korea popped out of nowhere, instantly latching onto China.

"Chinese food originated from Korea!"

America just blinked. "...seriously?"

England gave up on facepalming and just pinched the bridge of his nose in irritation. "Are you daft? Of course it doesn't!"

After the encounter, China watched America cautiously. He still found it hard to believe that America was capable of acting like that and would have believed that the entire encounter hadn't been real if not for the bruises on his wrist and neck.

Little did anyone realise that a certain ninja had seen the whole confrontation. They waited patiently for everyone to vacate the hallway before slipping away to begin preparations.

No one hurts my aniki and gets away with it...

AND THEN THERE WAS WORLD WAR 3??? *shot*
